The high quality development of the logistics industry in the Yellow River Basin cannot be separated from the criterion of low carbonization.New urbanization as a major strategic field of priority development of Chinese economy has a great and profound effect on the low carbon development of the Yellow River basin logistics industry from the aspects of population,economy,space,society and ecology.Accurately measure the carbon emission efficiency of regional logistics industry,accurate evaluation of the new urbanization development level.Furthermore,the influence degree and direction of the new urbanization on the overall environment of the Yellow River Basin and the carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin are further studied.In order to crack the new urbanization in the rapid development of the situation,to ensure the logistics industry low carbon,high efficiency development,Effectively promote the protection of the region’s natural environment and high-quality economic development.Based on low carbon logistics,traditional and new type of urbanization on the basis of combing theory and concept,on the Yellow River basin after the review,the present situation of logistics industry and the new urbanization building suitable for carbon efficiency evaluation system of the Yellow River basin logistics,collecting relevant data,using considering the expected output of SBM super efficiency model is used to measure;Entropy method is used to evaluate and analyze the development level of new urbanization.Based on the measurement and evaluation results,Tobit model is used to study the impact of new urbanization on logistics carbon emission efficiency.The results show that:(1)During the study period,the logistics carbon emission in the Yellow River Basin has not reached the optimal input-output ratio,but compared with that,the resource utilization efficiency has been improved to a certain extent.The comprehensive efficiency of logistics carbon emission in the upstream region is always significantly lower than that in the middle and downstream regions.It is urgent to improve the comprehensive efficiency of logistics carbon emission in the upstream region.The overall pure technical efficiency of logistics in the Yellow River basin fluctuates slightly above and below the effective front surface,while the scale efficiency is still not excellent,indicating that improving scale efficiency is the key to promote the growth of logistics carbon emission efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.The upstream region should focus on the improvement of logistics carbon emission scale efficiency,and the middle and downstream region should focus on the improvement of logistics carbon emission pure technical efficiency.(2)The overall development trend of new urbanization in the Yellow River Basin is good,and the development level has been improved year by year.The level of new urbanization in nine provinces in the region has been significantly improved during the study period,but the level of development among provinces is uneven and there is regional heterogeneity.The development level of the new urbanization subsystem in the Yellow River Basin showed an upward trend,but there were obvious differences in the growth rate and development level among the systems.The development level of social urbanization ranks first,the economy ranks second,followed by ecological,spatial and population urbanization.(3)The new urbanization level has a significant positive impact on the logistics carbon emission efficiency in the whole Yellow River Basin and the upper and middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin,but the impact effect is different,and the impact on the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin is greater.Logistics transportation intensity and industrial structure had positive effects on the overall logistics carbon emission efficiency of the Yellow River Basin,while scientific and technological innovation ability and government intervention degree had negative effects.Logistics transportation intensity and scientific and technological innovation ability have significant positive and negative effects on the carbon emission efficiency of logistics in the upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin.Logistics transportation intensity and industrial structure have a positive driving effect on the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin,while scientific and technological innovation ability has a reverse driving effect on the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin.Finally,relevant research results are summarized,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given for the efficient development of low-carbon logistics industry in the Yellow River Basin in the process of new urbanization,such as vigorously promoting the construction of new urbanization and optimizing the scale of logistics
