| The establishment of development strategy of the Yangtze river economic belt,is the new normal countries actively adapt and lead the economic development,cultivating new growth pole,and promote China’s economic development with high quality and economic development of major strategic deployment,is a country attaches great importance to the Yangtze river economic belt of ecological environmental protection,ecological environment protection leading the regional economic transformation of important measures to realize high quality development.At the same time,agricultural non-point source pollution is the second largest source of ecological environment pollution,and realizing sustainable development of agriculture is the key measure to solve agricultural pollution and realize high-quality ecological civilization construction.Based on this,this article will research field and research perspectives locking in the Yangtze river economic belt of agricultural carbon emission efficiency,based on the analysis of agricultural development in the Yangtze river economic belt,the carbon emission levels on the basis of the use of SBM super efficiency DEA model to measure the 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze river economic belt in 2000-2018 the space-time evolution of carbon efficiency and using Tobit model analysis the influence factors of affecting its space-time evolution,thus build the Yangtze river economic belt of low carbon agriculture evaluation system to evaluate its low carbon agricultural development level,and finally put forward to promote agricultural carbon efficiency is the basic path of the Yangtze river economic belt and the countermeasures and Suggestions.The full text mainly includes the following five parts:(1)the research background and theory(chapter 1 and chapter 2): the first chapter mainly expounds China’s current level of carbon emissions and the Yangtze river economic belt agriculture development present situation,points out the necessity of research on the Yangtze river economic belt of agricultural carbon emission levels,and the theory origin and development of the research content is to carry on the literature review and comb.On this basis,the research ideas and methods of this paper are proposed.Chapter 2 discusses the relevant theories and concepts that support the research content of this paper.(2)Current situation of agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt(Chapter 3): Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the overall situation of agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as well as provinces and cities.Key from the level of agricultural production,agricultural economy and agricultural inputs from three aspects of agriculture development along the Yangtze river economic belt in 2000-2018 were analyzed,and the results show that the Yangtze river economic belt in the main agricultural products and the added value of agricultural production has increased,but the structural adjustment is still in the initial stage,in addition to the decrease in the number of agricultural labor force other agricultural production factors input intensity increasing.The output of major agricultural products and agricultural added value in various provinces and cities also increased steadily,but at different levels.Input levels of agricultural production factors varied among provinces and cities,but the trend was obviously positive.(3)Research on agricultural carbon emission level,temporal and spatial evolution of efficiency and influencing factors of The Yangtze River Economic Belt(Chapter 4): Chapter 4 mainly explores agricultural carbon emission level,agricultural carbon emission efficiency and influencing factors of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a whole as well as provinces and cities.The results show that the carbon emission status of the agricultural sector in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has changed obviously,and the main sources of carbon emission are agricultural land utilization,rice cultivation and livestock raising.The total amount and structure of carbon emission of agricultural sector in the Yangtze River Economic belt show obvious regional differences.SBM-super efficiency DEA model is used to the Yangtze river economic belt level of agricultural carbon efficiency of various provinces and cities to measure,measure the results showed that between 2000-2018,the Yangtze river economic belt of agricultural sector as a whole as well as the provinces of carbon emissions levels showed a trend of steady rise efficiency and ecological civilization construction in 2012 agricultural carbon efficiency level is improved greatly,while the efficiency level difference of the various provinces and cities;On this basis,using Tobit model for the Yangtze river economic belt provinces agriculture carbon efficiency level regression analysis shows that the improvement of regional economic development to have a role in promoting the level of agricultural carbon efficiency,R&D expenses within budget investment brought about by the technological progress in curbing carbon emissions,improve efficiency of carbon agriculture hasn’t give full play to the role that environmental regulation will enhance the level of agricultural carbon emission efficiency and the increase of the second and third industry accounts for more than inhibits agriculture to promote the efficiency of carbon emissions.From the perspective of the internal industrial structure of agriculture,the increase of the proportion of animal husbandry has an inhibitory effect on agricultural carbon emission efficiency,while the increase of the proportion of planting has no significant effect on agricultural carbon emission efficiency.(4)Research on the Low-carbon Agriculture System Evaluation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(Chapter 5): Based on the above chapters,Chapter 5 evaluates the low-carbon agriculture level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a whole and all provinces and cities by constructing the low-carbon agriculture evaluation system and using the coupled coordination model.Evaluation results show that the Yangtze river economic belt in various provinces and cities are in the coordinated development stage,the coordinated development of types in force between the coordinated development and good coordination development class,from the point of the overall level,the Yangtze river economic belt in agricultural system(2000-2018 "carbon"-the level of economic development-ecological environment between the coupling coordination degree successively experienced primary coordinated development-barely coordinated development-intermediate coordinated development of three stages of development,low carbon composite index,the overall agricultural development has been stable in the coordinated development stage,but there are still a larger development space.(5)Countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the development level of low-carbon agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt(Chapter 6): Combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis in Chapters 3,4 and 5,Chapter 6 gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the development level of low-carbon agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. |
