Evaluation Of Green Logistics Efficiency And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

China’s logistics industry has been in existence since ancient times,and after rapid development,it has now become a pillar industry of economic development.In the context of the new economic normal,green development is an important direction and standard for industrial upgrading and transformation,and the logistics industry to achieve eco-friendliness has become a benchmark for industry upgrading.The three eastern provinces are located in the northeast region,only Liaoning Province has a port near the sea,and in general,the logistics transit location of the three eastern provinces is less advantageous.Since the formal introduction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development strategy in 2014,the logistics industry has spilled over to the eastern three provinces,and in recent years,undertaking industrial transfer and spillover has provided important impetus for the economic development of the eastern three provinces and increasing per capita disposable income.This paper selects the logistics industry in the eastern three provinces as the research object,measures its green logistics efficiency,and discusses the influencing factors to provide a reference basis for further promoting the development of regional green logistics.This paper contains six parts among which the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of green logistics research,the research literature related to green logistics efficiency at home and abroad,as well as the research content and methods.The second part mainly introduces the core concepts and theories.The third part measures the green logistics efficiency of the three eastern provinces,and adopts the superefficient SBM model with non-expected output to measure and evaluate the green logistics efficiency of the three eastern provinces in the past ten years;according to the measurement,the efficiency values of Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces in the three eastern provinces are lower than 0.5 which are ineffective for a long time,and the green logistics efficiency of Liaoning province,a province near the port,is basically effective.The fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of green logistics efficiency in the three eastern provinces,and finds that the level of economic development,the level of opening up to the outside world in terms of foreign investment,and the level of industrial agglomeration are positive influencing factors,and the level of opening up to the outside world in terms of import and export trade,the level of lowcarbon economic development,the level of government investment in environmental protection,and the level of informationization are negative influencing factors through multiple regression analysis test.The fifth part is the research conclusion and countermeasure suggestions section,based on the empirical results and the actual development of the logistics industry,countermeasure suggestions including the establishment and implementation of a more complete policy system for the regional logistics industry and the active introduction of foreign investment are proposed to provide reference for the improvement of green logistics efficiency in other regions.
