With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,the contradiction between ecological and environmental protection and the development of human society and economy is becoming more and more prominent.In human production and life,a large number of resource exploitation and energy consumption have brought serious burden to the climate,"carbon emission" issue has attracted the attention of all countries.In order to promote the reduction of "carbon" emissions and the optimization of energy structure,countries have formulated "double carbon" targets.In this context,the comprehensive energy business of reducing carbon emissions represented by green energy,energy conservation and emission reduction ushered in a period of rapid development.GW Comprehensive Energy Technology Service Co.,Ltd.was established in late December 2021,which is just in line with the current "double carbon" situation.This paper aims to study how to grasp the development opportunity of national green and low-carbon industry in the early stage of GW company,rapidly improve the competitiveness of comprehensive energy business field,and tailor the development path suitable for the actual situation of the company.Based on relevant theories of strategic research,this paper uses relevant strategic management tools to study the development strategy of the company’s comprehensive energy business,and on this basis to improve the company’s business development ideas.Using the literature comprehensive analysis method,elaborated the development strategy,diversification strategy related theoretical knowledge;The macro-environment of GW Company is analyzed by PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces analysis method.GW company’s own development status and internal environment are analyzed,and related business cases are detailed.It is believed that GW company has problems such as business development strategy to be clarified,increasing market competition pressure,diversified market demand,and large project capital demand.Combined with the development experience of comprehensive energy industry,GW company should adopt related and diversified development strategy and formulate strategic objectives;Finally,this article from the organizational system,human resources,professional qualification,ecological system construction,fund guarantee and other parts of the strategic landing guarantee measures.This paper hopes to work out a development strategy suitable for GW company’s own conditions and situation through this study,combined with industry development experience,to help the company grasp development opportunities in the start-up stage and lay the foundation for development;At the same time to provide some reference for other initial stage of integrated energy companies.
