Research On The Development Strategy Of Coal Chemical Business Of Inner Mongolia Shuangxin Energy Group

Coal chemical industry is an important way to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of coal and realize green,clean and efficient production of energy.Resource advantages,energy security and ecological balance determine that the development of coal chemical industry is an effective way to solve China’s energy problems.However,for a long time,coal chemical enterprises have high pollution,high consumption and resource constraints,which restrict the sustainable development of China’s coal chemical industry.Based on the current socio-economic and ecological environment,how to choose a suitable development strategy for coal chemical enterprises in order to maintain a clean,healthy,safe and efficient long-term development has become one of the important strategic issues that can not be underestimated.In view of this,this paper takes Inner Mongolia Shuangxin Energy Group as the research object,based on the theory of enterprise development strategy,using PEST analysis model,Porter’s five competitiveness models and other analysis methods.On the basis of overview of the development status of coal chemical business in this enterprise,firstly,the external environment and internal environment faced by the enterprise were analyzed in depth,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats were summarized and put forward.Then,using SWOT analysis tools,the development strategy of its coal chemical business is defined.That is,to establish a diversified development strategy based on abundant coal resources,scientific innovation technology as the pillar,high value-added new chemical materials as the core,green and sustainable development of the circular economy,focusing on the development of polyvinyl alcohol as the main,coal-to-olefin,coal-to-ethanol as the supplement.Finally,the strategic focus of the development of coal chemical industry business and the corresponding practical safeguard measures are put forward.This paper hopes to study the development strategy of coal chemical business of Inner Mongolia Shuangxin Energy Group,to clarify its future development strategy direction and focus,and to provide reference value for the future development of other coal chemical enterprises in China.
