GX Oil Sales Company,as a branch of CNPC in Guangxi,is mainly responsible for the development and sales of refined oil market in Guangxi.At present,the refined oil business gross margin decline,in the face of "double carbon" policy,urban public transport to switch to the new energy vehicles,shunt is most car fuel resources,traditional oil companies sales dropped significantly,the existing product sales is not enough to realize the rapid and sound development of the company,enterprises are in urgent need of strategic transformation under pressure.Combined with the development history and experience of oil sales enterprises in European and American countries,non-oil business has become an effective way for oil sales enterprises to make profits with high gross profit level and diversified operating forms.The development of non-oil business of gas stations also needs to compete with many competitors.The strength of traditional physical stores is strong,which is more attractive to middle-aged and elderly consumers.The strong strength of Sinopec in the industry can not be underestimated.The impact of emerging e-commerce on the retail industry is obvious to all.In this paper,based on the above background,from the current situation of product oil consumer market in guangxi region,through the analysis of the operation data of GX oil sales company,present policy and management state,than competitors Non-oil business development present situation,analysis the advantage and disadvantage,and combined with the current,facing the opportunities and threats by SWOT analysis and strategic choice,It is concluded that GX petroleum sales company should choose diversified development strategy,stick to convenience store business,develop automobile service business,expand catering business,focus on developing live delivery business,increase group buying business and other means to continuously promote the development of the company’s non-oil business.
