Research On The Problem Of Rural Domestic Garbage Treatment In Perspective Of The Network Governance Theory

The problem of agricultural rural farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.General secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that we should seize the great opportunity to carry out the Rural Revitalization Strategy,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and accelerate the consolidation of the short board of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The effective treatment of rural domestic garbage is not only the key task of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also the only way to build a beautiful countryside.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the treatment of rural domestic garbage.With the improvement of farmers’ living standards,the types and quantity of rural domestic garbage increase sharply.However,the awareness of environmental protection has not shown corresponding progress,and the environment-friendly production and life style is not stable enough...Based on this,it should be clear that the effective treatment of rural domestic waste is imminent.This paper takes J town of n city as the research object,from the perspective of network governance theory,analyzes the status quo of domestic waste treatment in this area.It is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,discusses the theory of network governance,combs the relevant contents of the network governance theory,and defines the concept of this paper.The second part elaborates the present situation and problems in the process of treatment of domestic waste in J town of n city.The third part objectively analyzes the reasons for the problems in the process of the treatment of domestic waste in J town of n city from the perspective of network governance theory.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures,through the questionnaire survey of some villagers in J town of n city,combined with the methods of literature analysis,this paper finally puts forward reasonable and effective suggestions for the treatment of domestic waste in J town of N city.
