Electricity itself is a special commodity,closely related to people’s life and national development,and will bring a significant impact on social operation.At this stage,China is in an important stage of power system reform,and the problem of power security is very critical.Although the internal security situation of power supply companies is gradually improving,there are still significant deficiencies.If there are misoperations and violations,they may lead to very serious consequences,even casualties.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out safety training for staff,improve the legal concept of personnel safety,and strengthen the management ability of safety management personnel and the technical ability of front-line personnel,so as to avoid safety accidents,improve safety performance,and lay a solid foundation for the long-term and stable development of the company.This paper analyzes the concepts of safety training and training effect evaluation during the study period,and expounds the Kirschner four-level training evaluation model,adult education theory and training needs analysis theory,and analyzes the internal and external influencing factors of safety training effect.Then,the basic situation,organizational structure and human resources of PJ power supply Company are introduced,and the current situation of its safety training is analyzed and the existing problems are summarized through questionnaire survey.Then,the construction process and path of the safety training effect evaluation system of PJ power supply company are determined.After that,the construction principles are determined and indicators are selected.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to calculate the index weight and analyze the safety training effect respectively.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the safety training of PJ power supply company,solutions and measures are proposed from four levels: reflection level,learning level,behavior level and result level.This study is conducive to promoting the full play of the value of training resources,through the safety training work to promote the effective implementation of enterprise safety management strategy,so as to enhance the efficiency of enterprise safety production,highlight the value of safety training work to the greatest extent,so that enterprise managers can accurately understand the effect of safety training,and make employees really benefit.At the same time,it also provides valuable reference for other enterprises in the industry,promotes the improvement of the safety management level of power supply enterprises,and promotes the good and stable development of power supply industry.
