Research On Digital Transformation And Performance Of NG Company

Nowadays,Digital technology plays an important role in international economic growth.Under the background that the economy has changed from high-speed to highquality growth,China’s digital economy has developed rapidly.There is a big gap compared with the world advanced level.And there is still extensive development space in China’s industrial digitalization.In China’s economic transformation,manufacturing is one of the key factors.However,the degree of digital transformation of China’s traditional manufacturing industry is low.Therefore,one of the important strategic objectives of China is to accelerate manufacturing industry’s transformation.However,digital transformation has to go through a series of complex processes.It’s necessary to select the manufacturing enterprises that have successfully carried out digital transformation for research.The implementation process of NG digital transformation is typical in the same industry.Therefore,based on the scholars’ research,this paper takes NG company as a case enterprise for analysis.The study found that NG adjusted its organizational structure,and change its original mode of production and business to lay the foundation for digital transformation.Since then,NG has steadily promoted digital transformation in the process of development.It has built a set of intelligent manufacturing system covering many aspects,popularized and applied the new model of Jim+c2m to meet the high-end customization needs of users,and established the industrial Internet to realize the industrial interconnection of upstream and downstream within the industrial chain.By selecting appropriate indicators to analyze the performance of NG’s digital transformation,this paper finds that the digital transformation not only improves NG’s operation and management,but also brings good improvement to this enterprise in many aspects.According to the conclusion,this paper makes recommendations on promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises: Enterprises can strengthen the further integration of internal production departments and high-tech departments by building their own or hiring external science and technology teams;The industry can build a larger industrial chain ecosystem on the premise of storing and tapping the potential of data;Under the guidance of national policies,regional governments can formulate local policies in line with their regional resource advantages and enterprise characteristics,pay more attention to the implementation of the policies,and better help enterprises realize digital transformation.
