| In recent years,our country’s economy has developed rapidly and has become the second largest economy in the world.The petrochemical industry,as an important pillar of the raw material and energy industry of the national economy,also ushered in a good opportunity for vigorous development.However,as our country’s economy enters a stage of high-quality development,the original rough,high-energy-consumption,and low-efficiency development model will become a detriment to enterprise development.Green-and innovation-driven development will be an important factor in implementing new development concepts.In the context of carbon neutrality and lowering emissions,our country’s environmental protection,safety and other policy requirements will become more and more stringent.At the same time,the COVID-19 pandemic has brought opportunities for the petrochemical industry to restructure,and the worldwide petrochemical industry will enter a new period of change and adjustment with an unpredictable breadth and depth.At present,green development is a major shortcoming of our country’s petrochemical industry.The implementation of green development strategies by petrochemical enterprises,the optimization of energy structures,the all-round improvement of low-carbon development levels,and the achievement of industrial upgrading will be key in building the world’s leading energy enterprises.This paper takes Company Y as an example,collects data through the literature method to understand the situation of the petroleum industry.Through analysis,the paper concludes that Company Y currently has an insufficient application of green technology,a low utilization rate of information technology,relatively low investment in green R&D,unbalanced green development,a lack of cutting-edge environmental indicators,and weak employee awareness.The PEST analysis method was used to analyze the external macro environment of Y company;the model proposed by Michael Porter was implemented to analyze the company’s strategic planning and development environment.The SWOT matrix is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats and other factors of Company Y.Through the QSPM matrix analysis,the green development strategy of Company Y is formulated,and finally some strategic guarantee measures are put forward,such as improving the company’s organizational structure,improving the staff training mechanism,increasing financial support,improving enterprise culture and making use of the advantages of Party construction. |
