| The petrochemical industry is the fourth largest emitter of carbon emissions in China,accounting for about 8%of total domestic emissions in 2014.With the continuous expansion of carbon market coverage,excessive carbon emissions of domestic petrochemical enterprises and the requirements of the international community for the low-carbon attributes of various products,this means that the era of zero cost emission of large amounts of greenhouse gases by petrochemical enterprises is about to become a thing of the past.Therefore,petrochemical enterprises should rationally examine their carbon emissions,pay attention to carbon assets,and make green transformation plans in time.In this paper,the concepts of carbon footprint,greenhouse gas inventory and three different research objects of carbon footprint are systematically elaborated by collecting and sorting out relevant literature on carbon footprint,and the greenhouse gas accounting guidelines at the national,provincial and industrial levels are respectively discussed.The definition of three carbon footprint accounting methods including life cycle assessment(LCA),input-output analysis(INPUT-output analysis(INPUT-output analysis)and IPCC calculation method were explained in detail,and their practical applications at home and abroad were compared.This paper takes a petrochemical enterprise in Gansu Province of China as the research object,collects the original data such as the activity level of the case enterprise through investigation and investigation,and uses the GHG emission Accounting Methods and Reporting Guidelines of China Petrochemical Enterprises(Trial)and other reporting guidelines to calculate GHG emissions of this enterprise.The accounting content is the total greenhouse gas emissions of the case enterprise in the NTH year and the M year,and the enterprise is divided into petrochemical,power generation,sewage treatment process and the greenhouse gas emissions embodied in the net purchase of power and heat.According to the accounting results,this paper concludes that the largest greenhouse gas emissions of the enterprise come from the fossil fuel combustion process of the self-owned power plant,the actual production process of the refinery and the fossil fuel combustion process of the refinery.For example,in the N year,the carbon emissions caused by the above links are 657746.53 tons,295800.99 tons and249436.75 tons successively,and the carbon emissions of the three links are1202984.27 tons in total,and the total direct carbon emissions of the enterprise in the N year is 1205196.36 tons.The above links accounted for about 54.58%,24.54%and20.70%,and the total proportion was about 99.82%.It can be seen that the carbon emissions of these three links are too high and should become the focus of emission reduction.At the same time,this paper analyzes that the enterprise is facing its own backward production capacity,too much carbon emissions,urgent transformation and other problems;In addition,due to the lack of negative carbon technology,the consumption of CO2recovery is zero.According to the analysis conclusion,this article discuss further by understanding the present situation of production and operation of an enterprise,the local new energy development present situation and market demand,etc.,of the refinery production can use present situation,the energy-saving potential,alternative clean energy potential and self-provided power plant energy and clean energy alternative potential were analyzed,and the calculation of CO2emissions reduction potential value;And the local light resources,hydrogen demand market is explored,combined with the domestic photovoltaic power generation and electrolytic water hydrogen production industry status and development trend,and selected a photovoltaic electrolytic water hydrogen production project in the city as a practical case,system analysis of the layout of similar projects feasibility;Finally,this paper summarizes the current development status and advantages of CCUS technology,and makes an economic cost analysis,and puts forward suggestions on the development of photovoltaic hydrolytic hydrogen production and CCUS.The green transformation scheme in this paper aims to reduce the carbon emissions of petrochemical enterprises and achieve economic benefits at the same time,which can be used for reference by petrochemical enterprises. |
