| Since the reform and opening up,our country’s economy and industrialization process have made great strides and achieved remarkable achievements.At the same time,it has brought tremendous pressure on the ecological environment.At present,the ecological environment pollution problem in rural areas of our country is complex and serious.A large number of polluting enterprises are constantly moving from urban to rural areas,and many environmental problems arise,which deeply affect the ecological environment in rural areas and hinder the pace of rural revitalization.With the harmonious development of man and nature and the concept of green development,people gradually think about how to achieve win-win in the balance of economic development and ecological protection.Ecological liveability is one of the general requirements of rural revitalization.Good ecological environment is an important foundation for rural liveability and an important condition for rural overall revitalization.Therefore,environmental governance is not only an important issue in the development of the times,but also an important content in rural revitalization construction.Taking the impact of chemical pollution on human environment and people’s lives in rural areas as an example,this paper investigates the problems caused by coal chemical plant near B Gacha to people’s production and living.Pollution from coal-fired chemical plants not only destroys the surrounding ecological environment,but also obviously affects the physical and mental health of local residents.From the perspective of living people,the author analyzes the current situation and causes of environmental pollution in B Gacha.Through field investigation and in-depth interviews,it is found that B Gacha residents form a knowledge system around ecological environment protection in their long-term local life,and this knowledge system plays an effective role in protecting the local ecological environment.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the people’s awareness and attitude to environmental problems,and looks for local ways to improve environmental awareness and participate in local environmental construction,and thinks that rural environmental governance and sustainable development can be achieved. |
