Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Urban Domestic Waste Classification And Management In Kangbashi District,Ordos City

With the rapid development of the national economy,the increasing improvement of people’s living standard and the great abundance of material resources,the population of Kambashi district,which is the administrative,scientific and educational and cultural center of Erdos city,is growing continuously,and more and more urban domestic waste is generated.And the implementation of urban domestic waste classification is an inevitable choice to achieve waste reduction,quality improvement and efficiency,and is also an important measure to improve the living environment,promote fine urban management and guarantee sustainable development.2019 onwards,in the national prefecture-level and above cities to fully start the work of domestic waste classification,and then Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,Chengdu and other places began to carry out urban domestic waste classification,and then Kambashi District began to carry out urban domestic waste classification work.However,the urban domestic waste separation in Kambashi District is in its initial stage and there are various problems and shortcomings.This article first elucidates the research background,theoretical and practical significance of urban household waste classification,and provides a detailed introduction to the current research results and related theories related to urban household waste classification.Secondly,concepts such as urban household waste,garbage classification,and public services were defined,and public product supply theory,multi center governance theory,and sustainable development theory were introduced.Then,the current situation of urban household waste management in Kangbashi District,Ordos was analyzed,and the specific problems in Kangbashi District were analyzed from multiple perspectives,such as government functions,regulatory assessment mechanisms,weak personal waste classification concepts among residents,and incomplete market mechanisms.Finally,from the perspective of strengthening the management of the government,strengthening the concept of citizen classification,innovating the form of garbage classification publicity,and carrying out the whole process management of garbage classification,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
