Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Domestic Waste Classification In Y Town Of Yongjia County

In the era of rapid economic development in China,the living standards of farmers have changed qualitatively.However,this also brings more and more serious pollution to the rural ecological environment.The production of rural domestic waste increases year by year,and the garbage problem has seriously threatened the ecological environment on which rural residents depend.The problem of rural household waste management has become a restricting factor in the process of Rural Revitalization in China,and inevitably becomes the focus of the whole society.The research discusses the classification and treatment of rural domestic waste,which can improve the ecological environment of rural areas,promote the development of rural ecological civilization,and also play an important role in the construction of beautiful rural areas with ecological livable.When studying the current situation of rural domestic waste classification and treatment in Y Town,the author adopts the method of literature research,field investigation and questionnaire survey to sort out and analyze the problems in the process,trace and discuss the reasons behind the problems,and finally put forward the relevant policy suggestions of rural domestic waste classification and treatment,hope to provide reference for the rural domestic waste classification and treatment work after Y town.In this paper,Y town rural domestic waste classification management method is taken as an example,through the field investigation of Y town domestic waste classification management,the problems faced in domestic waste classification management are analyzed,such as the lack of enthusiasm of villagers,the difficulty of fund operation,the difficulty of implementation of central policies and regulations,etc We should make clear the government functions and formulate long-term mechanism.Through literature collection,the advantages and disadvantages of terminal treatment technology in many cities and towns were compared.It was considered that Y town should use composting method to treat garbage,but it needs to expand the scale and improve the quality on the existing basis.For the incineration method and landfill method,the method of overall planning by the superior is proposed;The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of Y town’s garbage classification treatment with the "green passbook" system in Jinshi city of Changde City,and points out that the workload of villagers should be reduced.From the questionnaire survey,we find that the villagers are lack of enthusiasm and it is difficult to change the attitude of the elderly residents.We think that we should strengthen the publicity,especially improve the pertinence of the elderly residents.
