| The unsustainable use of the traditional energy resource utilization system has brought tremendous pressure on environmental protection.Global issues such as environmental pollution, energy shortage and climate anomalies are becoming increasingly severe. The global wave of low-carbon development is accelerating, and the layout of low-carbon economic development has become a strategic focus for many countries in the future. This thesis selects the Yangtze River Delta region with GDP accounting for more than 24% of the country as the research object. The research on the low-carbon development level and spatial correlation of this region has important guiding significance for promoting low-carbon economy and sustainable development.Based on the relevant connotation of low-carbon economy, this thesis constructs the DPSIRM low-carbon economy evaluation index system. The entropy weight Topsis method is used to rank the development level of low-carbon economy in 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region, and applies ARC GIS software to show the evolution of the level of low-carbon economic development level. The Moran’s I index is used to test the global and local spatial correlation. The research found that during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,China was in the stage of accelerated industrialization and urbanization. From 2011 to 2014,the development level of low-carbon economy in the Yangtze River Delta region experienced a regression, while the development level and trend gradually improved from 2015 to 2020.In the past decade, the low-carbon economic development level of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region has exceeded 65% in the middle and low level areas, and over 24% in the lower level areas, indicating that the low-carbon economic development level of most cities is relatively low.The development level of low-carbon economy in three provinces and one city varies,Shanghai being the best,Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces being the second tier, while Anhui province has a poor overall performance. In addition, the global spatial correlation test in the Yangtze River Delta region shows a positive correlation, and the correlation shows a strengthening trend with the increase of years. The local spatial correlation test shows that over 58% of cities are low to low clustering. The results indicate that the overall level of low-carbon economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region is relatively low,and the regional development level is imbalanced and insufficient. At the same time, the development level of low-carbon economy shows characteristics such as "strong in the southeast and weak in the northwest".Based on this, corresponding suggestions are proposed.Figure [five] table [nine] reference [sixty-three]... |
