Study On Evaluation Of Agricultural Green Development In Guang Dong

Green agricultural development is related to China’s rural economic development,national food security,ecological and environmental stability and other major strategic issues.The no.1 document of the central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)central committee and the state council issued in 2020,"opinions of the CPC central committee and the state council on key work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers to ensure the achievement of an overall well-off society on schedule",highlights the requirements of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers to promote stable agricultural production,ensure supply and increase farmers’ incomes,promote the development of agriculture by quality and in a green way,and maintain social harmony and stability in rural areas.Guang Dong is the largest economy province,but also a large province with unbalanced economic development.The advantageous manufacturing and service industries are concentrated in the pearl river delta region,the east and west wings and the mountainous areas in the north of Guang Dong are relatively backward in development,and the majority of agricultural cities.It is of great significance to promote the green development of agriculture in Guang Dong province,explore a new mode of agricultural development,optimize the industrial structure,and promote the agricultural and rural economic development in the backward areas to coordinate the economic development of various regions,to reconcile the unbalanced development,and to increase the sense of gain and happiness of rural residents.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for Guang Dong province to make relevant policies for sustainable agricultural green development in the future by studying the status quo of agricultural green development in Guang Dong province,evaluating the agricultural green development level in various regions and cities,exploring thedifferences and shortcomings of regional agricultural green development,and proposing targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper firstly sorts out the theoretical basis of agricultural green development and previous research achievements,analyzes the connotation of agricultural green development,and selects the evaluation research of agricultural green development in Guang Dong province as the research direction of this paper.Secondly,according to the reality basis for the development of green agriculture in Guang Dong province and the related literature,built in accordance with the principle of selecting evaluation indexes include resource conservation,environmental friendly,output efficiency and residents’ living standard four primary level and 14 secondary indicators(average class composite index,effectively avoid the scale of production)of the three levels of index system of green agriculture in Guang Dong province.Again,using the method of entropy and linear weighting method of comprehensive analysis of rural Guang Dong statistical yearbook 2019,the Guang Dong provincial agricultural index data and four20 city development zone(Shen Zhen city to agricultural city,out in the study of this article)agricultural index data of empowerment and calculated Guang Dong green agricultural development level score and ranking.Then,according to the comprehensive scores of agricultural green development in various cities,SPSS22 software was used,k-means mean clustering analysis and system clustering analysis methods were adopted to carry out classification verification.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: the green development of agriculture in Guangdong is unbalanced;There is a big gap in the green development of agriculture in the four regions,and the mountainous areas in the north of Guangdong have obvious disadvantages.Each city agriculture green development short board is apparent.According to the research conclusion,some Suggestions are put forward: explore the "Ecology + Agriculture +" industrial development model;Improve ecological compensation mechanism in ecological protection areas;Agricultural science and technology innovation drives the improvement of agricultural resources conservation and utilization;We will strengthen ecological and environmental protection in producing areas and purify production pollution scientifically.
