While the economy is developing rapidly,the sacrifice and cost to the ecology and environment should not be underestimated.The production and operation mode of “pollution first,treatment later” cannot be sustained because it does not meet the requirements of the “double carbon” goal.At this time,low-carbon mode of production and operation has become the general trend.The construction industry occupies a relatively high position in many aspects,such as: promoting economic development,huge carbon emissions,threatening ecological health and so on.At this time,in order to promote the transformation of old and new driving forces and the transformation of key areas under the background of the “double carbon” goal,while achieving economic benefit growth,ecological and social benefits should be developed in a balanced way.It is of epoch-making significance to study the factors driving their low-carbon behavior by taking construction enterprises as the research object,and propose relevant targeted and feasible measures accordingly.In the specific research process,since the purpose of this paper is to build a relatively complete driving force analysis system that can promote construction enterprises to carry out low-carbon behavior,in order to increase the basis for the reasonable construction and explanation of the driving force model,this paper firstly carries out theoretical analysis from three parts: low-carbon behavior,driving force and driving force analysis method.The low-carbon behavior part mainly defines the relevant concepts.The driving force part includes the connotation and the driving mechanism of the driving force.The driving force analysis methods are mainly some mainstream analysis methods,including factor analysis method,structural equation model method and interpretive structural model method.Secondly,by taking into account the full inquiry and investigation of domestic and foreign scholars on the driving factors of enterprises’ low-carbon behavior at all levels of relevant literature,this paper starts from the construction enterprises,generalizes the driving factors from three levels,namely: government-side,owner-side and construction enterprises themselves.Through careful consideration,the driving force analysis model can be structured,including driving difference analysis,degree analysis and path analysis of three levels.In the end,the model and actual data obtained by Likert scale were utilized for empirical analysis.Firstly,descriptive statistical analysis and Chi-square test are utilized to analyze whether the influence of factors is different.Secondly,factor analysis and SEM methods are used to assess the impact degree of driving factors.Finally,the influence path of driving forces is analyzed according to SEM and ISM,so as to build a driving force system affecting the low-carbon behavior of construction enterprises and put forward some pertinent suggestions.The results show that the common fundamental driving forces that have the greatest influence on the low-carbon behavior of construction enterprises are the technical factor and the construction enterprise’s own factor.This implies that for the sake of promoting the transformation of construction enterprises in low-carbon aspects,we should focus on the technical level of supporting and improving.In addition,the government’s mandatory requirement is the most profound driving force.By providing policy guidance and market operations for the low-carbon activities of construction enterprises,the government can escort their transformation.However,the imperfection of some policies and related services will also damage the low-carbon enthusiasm of construction enterprises.Ultimately,some targeted,applicable,reliable and effective suggestions are advanced for the promotion of low-carbon behavior of construction enterprises,so as to promote the prosperity and triumph of low-carbon transformation.
