| As a carrier for the growth of all things,land is an indispensable material resource for human society.With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,land resources gradually appear"Production,Living and Ecological"pattern imbalance,main functions overlap,economic benefits decreased,ecological environment deterioration and other problems.land resources multi-suitability and the deficit led to the spatial conflict of"Production,Living and Ecological"continues to intensify,specifically manifested in the"Production,Living and Ecological"space,its stakeholders and competent departments on spatial planning resources competition and game.However,in order to implement permanent basic farmland construction and firmly adhere to the red line of 1.8 billion acres of arable land,the country needs to ensure a certain amount and quality of production space.To ensure the in-depth implementation of urbanization strategy and ecological security,it is necessary to ensure a certain amount of living space and ecological space.Therefore,it needs to scientifically and effectively measure the spatial conflicts of"Production,Living and Ecological",Land use control in accordance with the main functions of space and the optimization of urban development control boundaries are of practical significance in building a national spatial planning system for high-quality development and realising the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.This paper uses Hubei Province as the study area and the years 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020 as the research points.Using the landscape ecological risk model,the"Production,Living and Ecological"function evaluation index system.the ecosystem service value model,GIS spatial analysis,game theory and other methods,using the spatial grid to achieve the"Production,Living and Ecological"spatial conflict optimization.Firstly,from the perspective of the evolution of spatial"Production,Living and Ecological"space and its land use types,the temporal and spatial development law of"Production,Living and Ecological"space is explored.Secondly,Second,On this basis,construct a spatial conflict measurement model for"production,living and ecological"space,and conduct global spatial autocorrelation analysis and local spatial autocorrelation analysis on the spatial conflict index of"Production,Living and Ecological",further evaluation of spatial functions in the context of the"Production,Living and Ecological"space.Combined with the evaluation of the spatial function of"Production,Living and Ecological",the optimal zoning and departmental planning of the"Production,Living and Ecological"space are discussed from the perspective of"human-land coupling".The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2020,the spatial pattern and land use type of"Production,Living and Ecological"in Hubei Province have changed to a certain extent.The proportion of living space keeps rising,decreasing share of productive space and fluctuating share of ecological space.The area size is in the order of ecological space>production space>living space,the dynamic variation of the production space area has been the largest in 20 years.Under the"Production,Living and Ecological"spatial system,each land use type presents its own change characteristics,and the"Production,Living and Ecological"space type conversion is obvious.The Living space is on the rise with the acceleration of urbanization process,which is the hot area of land use change.(2)Divide the results of the"Production,Living and Ecological"spatial conflict in Phase 5 of the research area into four levels.From 2000 to 2020,the area of areas where the"Production,Living and Ecological"spatial conflict was basically out of control and severely out of control in Hubei Province continued to grow.From 2000 to2020,the area of"Production,Living and Ecological"spatial conflicts was basically out of control or seriously out of control,and the area of the controllable area(stable and controllable and basically controllable)was decreasing,but the overall area was in a controllable state.In addition,spatial autocorrelation analysis is performed on conflict results show that the conflict index has a highly significant and clustered spatial correlation under the confidence interval of 99.9%,among which the conflict results of the conflict units in 2020 are the most prominent.(3)Through the comprehensive index model and the"Production,Living and Ecological"spatial function evaluation system,the refined evaluation of the spatial function in Hubei Province in 2020 was realized,the results show that the secondary functions of"Production,Living and Ecological"space have their own distribution characteristics.The main urban area of Wuhan has strong building carrying capacity,transportation guarantee,economic carrying capacity,and population carrying capacity,but the ecological and production functions such as soil conservation,biodiversity,water resources supply and climate regulation are weaker.Northwest Hubei has strong ecological protection function,but its production and living function is low because of its high terrain and inconvenient traffic.The secondary function values are weighted and summed to obtain the primary function values,with the production function showing a high distribution in the centre and east and a low distribution in the west.The function of living space is formed in the central city of Wuhan as the highest point,with strong functions and high value distribution along the river.The spatial distribution of high-value ecological function areas showed a significant characteristic of"relying on mountains and water",with low functional values in the middle and high in the east and west.(4)In this paper,three-dimensional matrix and game roulette are constructed on the basis of the game model of"Production,Living and Ecological"function,and the optimization directions of"Production,Living and Ecological"space is explored from the perspectives of"land functional suitability"and"spatial integration".Combined with GIS overlay analysis,Hubei Province is divided into seven types of land space:Type I integration zone,Type II integration zone and Type III integration zone,agricultural space,living and construction space,ecological regulation space,ecological production space.Agricultural space accounts for 37.03%,with good agricultural production capacity,is the future of the main production area of basic farmland.The proportion of ecological production space and ecological regulation space is 52.19%and 5.10%,respectively.This region is rich in natural resources and strong in ecological protection capacity,which should be better protected.The living and construction space is 7,056km~2.This area has superior traffic,population and economic conditions,so it should be developed compact and intensive.The areas of classⅠ,ⅡandⅢare 2943km~2,306km~2and 189km~2,respectively.Control suggestions are given for the three types of fusion areas.Finally,based on the theory of"human-ground coupling",differentiated management and control countermeasures are proposed for relevant departments in seven types of functional areas,and the research provides theoretical support and empirical research for the optimization of"Production,Living and Ecological"spatial conflicts. |
