At present, with the rapid advancement of my country’s industrialization and urbanization, problems such as unbalanced and disorderly utilization of space development have gradually become prominent. In order to achieve coordinated regional development and overall planning, and to ensure economic development, people’s lives, and ecological security,it is necessary to follow regional land and space requirements. The leading function rationally arranges the spatial layout of each region to maximize the regional land space.Research on the optimization of the land space pattern based on production, living and ecological functions will help promote the balanced and coordinated development of the land space. At the same time, land and sea coordination is also a challenge to realize the unified planning and management of land and space. The construction of a new land-sea channel in the west provides a historical opportunity for coastal areas to drive the development of the karst mountainous area. Therefore, the mountain, river and sea composed of the karst mountainous area and the Beibu Gulf region in southwestern Guangxi Transitional territorial space is the research object.Analysis of its complex transitional territorial space shows that the region as a whole is inclined from northwest to southeast, with location characteristics along the border, coast, and river.Based on the above research background, taking production, living and ecological functions as the entry point for optimizing the land space pattern of the Karst-Beibu Gulf region in southwest Guangxi has certain academic value for improving the theory and method of land space pattern optimization. The application of the concept to practice provides new ideas and new perspectives for the study of territorial space at a medium scale. In this paper,by constructing an evaluation index system for the three-generation function, assessing the grade of the three-generation function in the Karst-Beibu Gulf region in southwestern Guangxi, exploring its spatial heterogeneity and relevance, and using the theory of comparative advantage to measure the comparative advantage of the territorial spatial function of each county and district unit.On this basis, carry out spatial clustering analysis, overlay analysis, and comparative analysis, adjust the advantageous functional units, and finally determine the land space optimization pattern of the Karst-Beibu Gulf region in southwest Guangxi, and put forward the development plan and suggestion of the land space pattern of the transitional landscape of mountains, rivers and seas. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Divide the land space type into production, living and ecological(referred to as Sansheng, the same below)space, analyze its distribution and change characteristics, and the results show that: green ecological space and agricultural production space are widely distributed, and urban living space is distributed in the city In the center, between 1980 and 2018,industrial production, urban life, rural life, water ecology and other ecological spaces have all expanded, while agricultural production and green ecological space have decreased, and they have been mainly transformed into urban living and industrial production spaces.(2)Constructing an evaluation index system for territorial and spatial territorial functions and evaluating territorial and territorial functions in the study area. The results show that:(1)Agricultural production, industrial production, economic development, production, social security, and life-carrying functions in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone The functions of life, life and ecological maintenance are generally higher than that of the karst area in southwest Guangxi, and the ecological carrying function of the karst area in southwest Guangxi is higher than that of the Beibu Gulf area. The ecological function in the study area shows the characteristics of high at both ends and low in the middle.(2)Agricultural production, economic development, production, social security, life carrying, life, ecological carrying, ecological maintenance, and ecological functions all show a clustering trend, which has a significant positive correlation. There is no spatial correlation between industrial production functions.HH agglomeration areas of industrial production, agricultural production, economic development, production, life carrying, social security, life, ecological maintenance, and ecological functions are mainly distributed in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and LL agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in the karst mountainous areas in southwestern Guangxi. The bearer function is the opposite.(3)Use the advantage index to calculate the advantageous functions of each county and district unit, and determine the spatial development pattern of the land through cluster analysis, overlay analysis, and related planning:(1)The ecological advantage functions are the most, occupying most of the space in the study area, and living functions Advantageous areas and industrial production function advantage areas are mainly distributed in the urban or county-level cities of each city, and the advantageous functions of agricultural production are concentrated in the central and southeastern parts of the study area.(2)Eight types of advantageous functions are finally obtained through the adjustment of functional areas, and the superimposed marine functional zoning finds that the adjusted advantageous functions are in line with the planning direction. After adjustment, the advantageous functional areas will be merged and numbered.A total of 17 functional areas are planned.(3)Combining the socio-economic,geographic location and policy background of the study area, put forward the development plan and suggestion of the transitional land and space pattern of mountains, rivers and seas, forming a mountain, river and sea linkage development zone, green land and ecological protection,multi-center economic production and life development pattern..
