| Ecological space is an indispensable resource for social sustainable development.With China’s construction entering a new period of socialist modernization,the construction of ecological civilization has been promoted to a strategic position.However,with the continuous development of urbanization,in addition to population urbanization,urbanization driven by population,policy,economy and other factors leads to the disorderly spread of urban land,which seriously infringes on the ecological space.The core problem of the existing planning is to focus on the reasonable allocation of "three living spaces",The existing policies can not effectively solve the balance between the future planning of high ecological importance areas and the future development of cities and towns.In this regard,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the high requirements of "comprehensively improving the modernization level of land and space governance system and governance capacity" and coordinating land and space planning.Based on the scientific basis of land spatial planning,this paper takes Wujin District of Changzhou City as the research area,which has a high level of urbanization and abundant ecological resources.It uses a variety of GIS spatial analysis methods to grasp the temporal and spatial changes of ecological space in the research area,and analyzes its ecological comprehensive status,so as to study the reasonable layout of ecological space in the future.Finally,the paper describes a conflict zone optimization scheme coupling ecological benefits and economic benefits,which can provide reference for relevant departments to formulate future ecological protection policies,and help to realize the overall development of the whole society.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: the comprehensive index evaluation method is used to evaluate the current situation of ecological space in the study area,and the future land expansion model is introduced to simulate the land layout of Changzhou City in 2035.The conflict zone of Wujin District in the same spatial scale is demarcated on the current and future time scales.In order to delimit the protection priority of the conflict area,the cluster analysis method is used to design and realize the optimal decision support of the ecological space conflict area.The main conclusions are as follows(1)Comprehensive evaluation of ecological space.The current situation and development of ecological space are mainly affected by its land use types,as well as by the surrounding human and other environment.This study comprehensively considered the natural attributes and socio-economic attributes,and constructed a comprehensive evaluation system of ecological space by using the habitat quality module of invest model and ecological function evaluation.The results show that the most important ecological area is around the two large habitat patches of Gehu Lake and Taihu Lake,and then around the surrounding areas of cities and towns and the border area of basic farmland,there is a point aggregation distribution,including the river water area,ecological forest land and wetland park around cities and towns.(2)Simulation of ecological spatial change.A land use change model based on random forest algorithm and random patch generation was constructed to predict the land use layout in 2035.The multi-objective interval optimization model is applied to obtain the land use scale of various land types in 2035.Under the scale constraint,the conflict area between the future ecological space and the current ecological space highquality area is obtained.Assuming the balance of economic and ecological benefits,the ecological space area is 42462 hectares,and the conflict area is 954.63 hectares,mainly distributed around the central urban area in the north.(3)Ecological space optimization decision.According to the ecological quality index of the ecological space conflict area in 2035,combined with the area of the conflict area,the cluster analysis index system was constructed,and the optimization results of the ecological space conflict area were obtained.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the ecological space concession areas are mainly distributed in the economic development area and HUTANG Town,and the priority ecological areas are mainly concentrated in Xueyan town.From the quantitative point of view,among the cluster results of the conflict areas,the ecological space concession area is the most.The ecological space concession area is 563.31 hectares,accounting for 51.69% of the conflict area.The current development area is 214.19 hectares,accounting for 19.65%of the conflict area.The priority development area is 16.06 hectares,accounting for1.47% of the conflict area. |
