| Wuyi rock tea has an abundance of nutrients,which cannot be replaced by other drinks.As the old saying goes: Tea is the monarch,fire is the minister,and the monarch and the minister make good tea.It reflects the importance of baking in tea production.In recent years,with the development of society and the progress of science and technology,modern machinery applied to the rock tea baking process,which saves manpower and material resources and ensures the basic quality of tea.However,as living standards have improved,There is a growing demand for green,energy efficient and quality,highlighting the deficiencies of production machinery.Therefore,this paper summarizes existing drying technologies,starting with the appearance and functional structure,and innovates a new type of rock tea production equipment integrating baking and cooling.First of all,through the network survey,on-the-spot investigation and other ways to understand the product information,the situational storyboard to build the rock tea drying process,mining rock tea baking equipment potential user needs.The KJ is used to analyze the user needs.Based on the importance of the operation behavior of the rock tea baking process,the most instructive user needs are selected.Further,the user demand weight is calculated by the triangular fuzzy number multi-attribute decision-making method,and the future situation model of the rock tea baking equipment is constructed,which provides a clear direction for innovative design.Secondly,the application of functional analysis method in the innovative design of the functional principle of rock tea baking equipment is studied.The functional structure of rock tea baking equipment and related products is analyzed by functional analysis method.Using semantic difference method,hierarchical inference method,quantitative theory I and other methods to accurately design the modeling of rock tea baking equipment.Further,by analyzing and summarizing the relevant functional structures and modeling elements,the functional tree,functional structure diagram and user requirements of the rock tea baking equipment are innovated,and the morphological matrix of each functional element is solved to synthesize multiple reliable innovative design schemes.Finally,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index of rock tea production equipment is determined,and the best functional principle and appearance scheme are selected from the three conceptual schemes of rock tea baking equipment by using the triangular fuzzy number method.According the optimal scheme,the design is expressed,the unit structure of the rock tea production equipment is explained,the baking and cooling process is simulated and analyzed,and the ergonomics is applied to verify the pleasantness and functional rationality of the related components.A new approach is provided for the innovative design of rock tea baking equipment. |
