| With the rapid development of modern transportation of oil and gas, the safety problem has gradually emerged. It is crucial that the ability of predicating accidents should be improved so as to realize effectively transportation. The purpose of research on risk evaluation of pipeline systems, is to improve the reliability in the process of oil and gas transportation, to improve the capability for accidents and possible dangers predication, to reduce the economic loss injuries and environmental destroy caused by accidents as little as possible. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate and monitor the pipeline systems so that risk management can be used with related knowledge.This thesis makes a clear definition about the concept of pipeline risk evaluation. Furthermore, it introduces the possible factors that can cause accidents, as well as the evaluating methods of risks. It also analyzes the consequences of pipeline accidents and concludes reliable measurement for improving pipeline transportation.To analyze the pipeline transportation with fault tree analysis, to calculate the pipeline ineffective probability with the model of foliage on risks of long-distance transportation and trapezoidal fuzzy number, to show the possibility of accidents.It has introduced the spread and update of Bayesian network, and elaborated the process of transporting of fault tree analysis turning to Bayesian network, including major steps of connecting strength and logic mapping. To analyze ineffectiveness of long-distance pipeline transportation with Bayesian network, and conclude the revision of dimorphism and certainty of logic about Bayesian network.The fuzzy reliability is based on the basic definition of certain fuzzy function, combining formulates of fuzzy logic models, and subjective judgment of experts, using the concept of the min set and its logic connections to set up fault tree of long-distance transportation and calculate the fuzzy reliability.To deal with the results given by experts with the triangular fuzzy number and analytic hierarchy process. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process should be used to analyze the risk of long-distance transportation construct fuzzy estimation matrix, examine its compatibility and consistency, and finally sort the levels on the bases of single arrangement. |
