There are a large number of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal mines,the environment is complex,and the connection between various subsystems is relatively complex,which makes underground coal mine production with random,fuzzy,dynamic variability and accident correlation characteristics.Traditional evaluation methods cannot solve various problems caused by complex fuzzy features.For this reason,this paper adopts the triangular fuzzy number method to evaluate the safe operation status of fully mechanized coal mining equipment,and mainly carries out the following research.First,through the analysis of the safety accident distribution rules and accident characteristics of common fully mechanized mining equipment such as scraper conveyors,transfer machines,hydraulic supports,and shearers,and analyze the causes of common fully mechanized mining equipment failures.On this basis,the factors affecting the safe operation of the fully mechanized mining equipment system are systematically analyzed from the four aspects of personnel,equipment,environment,and management.Secondly,based on the basis and principles of the construction of fully mechanized mining equipment,combined with relevant national regulations and standards,based on factors affecting the safe operation of fully mechanized mining equipment systems,referring to relevant national laws,regulations,standards,etc.,combined with the actual production of fully mechanized mining equipment,the construction includes 4 a safety evaluation system for fully mechanized mining equipment system with a first-level index and 14 second-level indicators,and using triangular fuzzy numbers to construct a safety evaluation model for a fully mechanized mining equipment system.Finally,taking the comprehensive mining equipment of a certain mine as an engineering example,the fuzzy triangle method is used to evaluate the operation safety evaluation system of the comprehensive mining equipment system from the aspects of equipment factors,management factors,environmental factors,and personnel factors.The results show that the importance of the first-level indicators are in order of equipment factors,management factors,personnel factors,and environmental factors;in the second-level indicators,violations of regulations,poor safety awareness,equipment failure rate,poor operating environments,inadequate safety inspections,and indicators such as inadequate implementation of safety rules and regulations have a greater weight.Comparing the evaluation results with the actual conditions of the project,it is found that the fully mechanized mining equipment is at a relatively safe level,which is consistent with the actual conditions of the project.Based on the evaluation results and the current status of the safety operation system of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal mines,safety protection measures for fully mechanized mining equipment systems are proposed.The safety evaluation index adopts a flexible evaluation scale to obtain more accurate and objective evaluation results,providing a reference for other coal mine managers to evaluate the operation status of fully mechanized mining equipment.
