Research On Patent Strategy In The Field Of Glass Fiber Materials Of Jushi Group Co.,Ltd

Glass fiber is a new type of inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance,which is a composite material widely used in modern industry,and is also a new material that China focuses on encouraging development.The application field of glass fiber is wide and continues to expand.In the short term,the high growth of the four major downstream demand industries(electronic appliances,new energy vehicles,wind power,and 5G)has brought continuous increments.In the long run,glass fiber and its products will grow rapidly in the future,the penetration rate of various application fields will increase,and the industry market space will be broad.In the glass fiber industry,although China has proposed a series of technical solutions,its core patented technology is still far behind developed countries.Therefore,building a relatively complete patent strategy system is of great significance to the development of enterprises,which is very important for strengthening the long-term development of the glass fiber industry and the protection of core patented technologies.Guided by the basic theory of patent strategy,this thesis selects China Jushi Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and selects the global patent search database of Wisdom Buds as its patent search data source.Firstly,the patent data of the glass fiber industry is analyzed,and the patent data map is visually displayed through application trends,patent applicants,geographical distribution,technical themes,etc.Secondly,the statistical analysis of Jushi Group’s patents in terms of application volume,patent type,technical composition,overseas layout and other aspects was carried out,and five domestic and foreign enterprises with common business were selected according to the ranking of patent applicants and industry production capacity for comparative analysis.Thirdly,Using SWOT analysis method,the relevant advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threat influencing factors of Jushi Group were systematically analyzed,and the strategy matrix was obtained,and the AHP analytic hierarchy method was used to assign the weight of each factor,and finally the SO strategy was the best patent strategy of Jushi Group,and it was used as an entry point.Based on this basis,based on Jushi Group’s optimal SO strategy,we propose patent strategy countermeasures applicable to the company.The analysis results show that Jushi should build its own patent defense network based on its own core technology,adhere to its own development,and strive to innovate its own core technology.Open up new technical routes,effectively protect its core technology or basic research,and effectively control the development of this technology.While basing on your own strengths,you should also consider taking into account other areas where you do not have an advantage to prevent the risks that may be caused by competitors.Under the protection of China’s patent enforcement protection system,Jushi Group should independently improve its ability to protect patent rights and respond to litigation.Strive to build a talent team with "technology,market,law and management" linkage,and fully carry out glass fiber technology research and development cooperation with schools,research institutes and other innovative subjects,so as to realize the scale,industrialization and sustainable development of enterprises.Through this series of research,it can provide a useful reference for the development of China’s glass fiber industry and help promote the healthy development of China’s glass fiber industry.
