| Patent navigation is to a systematic method that effectively links patents and industrial innovation,and guides innovators to use patents to enhance their core competitiveness through market orientation,scientific and technological innovation guidance,and management innovation integration.Developing patent navigation can adequately play to the role of patent system in the allocation of industrial innovation resources,and can give full play to the guiding role of patent information analysis in industrial innovation decision-making,so as to improve the ability of industrial innovation,prevent and avoid the risk of industrial intellectual property rights,and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry.Since 2015,China has vigorously promoted the research of patent navigation to provide scientific decision-making basis for regional industrial development.Graphene is one of the important development fields of China’s strategic emerging industries.Sichuan Province,as a key development area of graphene industry,has a good industrial development foundation.At present,the graphene industry in Sichuan Province has a good momentum of development,and the innovative demonstration zones of characteristic industries are taking shape.They have the basis and conditions for further rapid development,but they also face the problems of low technological maturity,large bottlenecks in technology and the formation of downstream application industry chain.Therefore,in order to promote the innovation and development of graphene technology and industry in Sichuan Province,this paper uses the theory of industrial innovation and patent navigation,through the in-depth systematic analysis of graphene patents,clarifies the patent distribution situation and innovation development direction in this field,and provides reference for the innovation and development of graphene in Sichuan Province.On the basis of the existing research and through repeated attempts,this paper formulates the graphene patent retrieval strategy;on this basis,it analyses the situation of graphene patent application from the three levels of "Global-China-Sichuan",and further analyses the characteristics of graphene patent distribution from the geographic space,key areas and other dimensions;focusing on the situation,layout characteristics and innovation of graphene patent in Sichuan Province.Based on the analysis of new subjects and cooperation between industry,University and research institutes,and the analysis of industrial development trend,the countermeasures and suggestions for innovative development of graphene industry in Sichuan Province are put forward.The research results of this paper have important practical significance for promoting the research of patent navigation in industry and guiding the scientific innovation and development of regional industry through the research of patent navigation. |
