Since the beginning of the new century,the knowledge-led characteristic of my country’s economic growth has become increasingly evident.In this context,intellectual property is highly valued by the party and the state because it can effectively stimulate the vitality of social innovation and help enterprises gain competitive advantages.As an important carrier of intellectual property rights,patents are the key to protecting the innovation rights and interests of enterprises,leading the technological development of enterprises,and realizing the benefits of technological innovation.They are of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.At the same time,with the depletion of onshore oil and gas resources and the increasing difficulty of exploration,countries have turned their attention to offshore oil and gas exploration,and the related LNG marine engineering equipment industry has ushered in new development opportunities.Due to the lag in the development of intellectual property rights in my country and the lack of strategic investment in patents,Chinese enterprises are constantly threatened by foreign enterprises’ patent wars in the field of LNG marine engineering equipment manufacturing,and are often in a passive and forced situation.Under this background,Chinese enterprises urgently need to formulate a reasonable and effective patent strategy to adapt to the fierce competition at home and abroad,so as to achieve sustainable development under the knowledge economy.Based on this,this thesis takes China National Offshore Oil Corporation,the leader in the domestic LNG offshore engineering equipment manufacturing field,as an example.From the perspective of patent strategy,this thesis uses patent data analysis method,entropy weight method,AHP analytic hierarchy process,and comparative analysis method.,SWOT analysis method to carry out the patent status analysis,competitor analysis and patent strategy analysis of CNOOC in the field of LNG offshore engineering equipment manufacturing,and based on this,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote CNOOC’s technology development and improve the patent layout.The research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of the current situation of patents in the field of LNG offshore engineering equipment manufacturing of CNOOC.On the basis of elaborating the organizational structure,main business,and development context of CNOOC,based on the search results of the Wisdom Bud patent database,combined with the existing literature,from the perspective of the number of patent applications,patent types,legal status,patent technology structure,etc.Quantitative analysis of the patent status in the field of LNG offshore engineering equipment manufacturing provides data support for subsequent patent strategy selection and optimization.(2)Comparative analysis of the patent status of CNOOC and key enterprises in the field of LNG offshore engineering equipment manufacturing.First,on the basis of comprehensively considering the company’s development profile and industry status,select four key domestic and foreign industry companies and CNOOC to compare the patent situation;secondly,build the level of enterprise patent scale,enterprise patent technology level,and enterprise patent competitiveness level The index system is used,and the entropy weight method is used to calculate the comprehensive scores of the corresponding dimensions of each enterprise.Finally,through the comparative analysis with key companies,the advantages and disadvantages of CNOOC’s patented technology in the field of LNG marine engineering equipment manufacturing are condensed,which provides decision-making basis for CNOOC’s patent strategy formulation in the field of LNG marine engineering equipment manufacturing.(3)CNOOC’s patent strategy selection in the field of LNG marine engineering equipment manufacturing.First,combined with the relevant theories and literature,the SWOT model is used to systematically analyze the patent situation of CNOOC.Secondly,using the AHP analytic hierarchy process,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of CNOOC are weighted and quantified in the SWOT model,and based on the calculation results,the optimal patent strategy of CNOOC in the field of LNG offshore engineering equipment manufacturing is extracted.(4)Summary and suggestions.Summarize the research conclusions of the previous chapters,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the patent strategy layout of CNOOC in the field of LNG offshore engineering equipment manufacturing,and analyze and prospect the shortcomings of the article and future research directions.
