| In the course of the future development of my country’s economy,the construction industry is fully playing a vital role,but the inherent construction industry pollution,low efficiency,backward management,and labour shortages.In this regard,it is urgent to upgrade and transform the traditional methods,and adopt industrialised construction.Prefabricated houses will greet more opportunities as more government-subsidised houses are being built.To meet the requirements of accelerating the modernisation and upgrading of the construction industry,which are applied to the city of Wuxi in Jiangsu province,the Chengdi Yushanwan Plot No.7 project(Phase 1)prefabricated house(hereinafter referred to as the Chengdi project)will be equipped with prefabricated high-rises for residential use.However,as prefabricated houses in China are still developing,the building of them may be affected by various uncertainties.Therefore,it is necessary for the constructor to be well prepared for possible risks beforehand.From the perspective of the construction unit,this thesis takes the prefabricated reinforced concrete housing of Chengdi’s new project as the research object,and integrates the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the basic theories of risk management and control.the risks existing in the construction stage of Chengdi Project are classified into three stages: identification,evaluation and control.In the aspect of risk identification,according to the general situation of Chengdi Project,the risk factors are identified by literature research and expert investigation,classified and interpreted,screened by questionnaire,and the risk index system is determined.In the stage of risk evaluation,build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system,create a set of index value factors,and use the entropy method to clarify the weight value of the evaluation method,the position of risk evaluation in the whole management is determined,and the whole risk management result is obtained by combining the evaluation results and indicators.In the risk control stage,according to the principle of maximum membership degree,determine the risk level and important evaluation indicators of Chengdi project in the construction stage,and put forward control measures for the higher risk factors,so as to enhance the risk prevention and control ability of the construction unit.This thesis combines risk management theories with the specifics of the project,uses massive information and rich experience of industry insiders,to provide a theoretical basis for the constructor to improve its risk management system of the Chengdi project during its construction phase.It also synergises pre-construction,contract planning,and cost planning phases,and has reference significance for the prevention and control of risks in similar projects. |
