| The global economy is developing rapidly,China has made rapid progress in infrastructure construction,and Shield method is widely used in tunnel construction.But with the development of human economy,the damage to the environment is more and more serious,energy saving and emission reduction,low-carbon green has become the general trend of the future.China dares to shoulder international responsibilities and puts forward the two-carbon target.Shield tunnel construction projects have the characteristics of high energy consumption.Currently,most infrastructure construction projects are cost and schedule oriented,and there are deficiencies in implementing energy conservation and emission reduction and promoting green construction.With mud-water shield tunnel construction project as the background,combined with the ideas of energy conservation and emission reduction,green construction and sustainable development,carbon emission calculation boundary of shield construction was determined according to the whole life cycle evaluation idea,carbon emission calculation method was determined as carbon emission factor method,and carbon emission factor database was built by collecting carbon emission factors related to mudwater shield tunnel construction.Carbon emission calculation models for each stage of shield construction are proposed,carbon emission calculation and visual evaluation of case projects are carried out,and specific strategies for energy conservation and emission reduction of shield tunnel construction are summarized,which lays a theoretical basis for the construction of green construction evaluation system in the following paper.Based on the research on energy conservation and emission reduction,the green construction evaluation system of mud-water shield tunnel construction is established.The evaluation index system of shield green construction is established by using analytic hierarchy process.According to the relevant national standards and characteristics of shield construction,the evaluation index of green construction is determined.Calculate the weight of each green construction evaluation index.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the evaluation score of shield green construction.Select concrete engineering examples to verify the evaluation system,according to the scoring results to provide scientific guidance for the green construction of mud-water shield tunnel construction.The low-carbon green construction information management system of mud shield based on Web is developed,and various technologies applied in the system development process are determined.The front and back end development framework,database and component tools involved in the development process are selected and their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated.System development adopts the front and back end separation development mode which combines Vue and Express framework.The system consists of seven modules: project overview,user management,assembly schematic diagram of main system of shield machine,carbon emission factor database,green construction evaluation system,material management,carbon emission calculation and evaluation. |
