As a major carbon emitter,the carbon emission data of the construction industry in recent years are not optimistic,and the emission reduction work has a long way to go.If the construction industry cannot take relevant measures to reduce industrial carbon emissions,it will seriously restrict the realization of the national carbon peak and carbon neutralization goals.As an important part of the construction industry chain,construction has produced a large amount of carbon emissions in a short time from the perspective of the whole life cycle of construction.As a construction enterprise,how to take effective management measures to reduce construction carbon emissions in the construction stage is related to the future development of the enterprise.Aiming at the above problems,thesis puts forward the management optimization strategy with the goal of supply chain management in the construction stage of engineering general contracting enterprises and combined with the actual data.The main contents are as follows: firstly,starting from the management of Engineering general contracting enterprises and taking production factors as an important dimension,build a set of carbon emission calculation model suitable for the management of construction enterprises,quantify the carbon emission data of each divisional and subdivisional project,and provide data support for project carbon reduction management.Secondly,the k-clustering method is used to analyze the calculated carbon emission data,explore a new way to evaluate the carbon emission in the construction stage,and evaluate the importance of carbon emission in different construction stages in the dimension of production factors.Finally,based on the importance evaluation results,targeted management strategies are adopted to improve the carbon reduction management level of enterprises and provide carbon reduction management reference for similar projects.According to the calculation and analysis,the carbon emission of the main structure of the project during the construction phase is the highest.Among the production factors,the carbon emission of materials is the largest,followed by machinery,and labor is the smallest.Among the management items,the dispersion of carbon emissions from machinery is the highest,followed by materials,and labor is the lowest.Carbon emission from machinery of foundation treatment works,carbon emission from materials of reinforcement works and concrete works,and manual carbon emission from formwork works and scaffolding works are the key points of carbon emission control during the construction phase of the project,which should be managed as key points.By constructing the carbon emission calculation model and evaluation system of construction enterprises,the carbon emission data of each sub project in the construction stage are quantified to provide data support for the project carbon reduction management.At the same time,the carbon reduction management strategy aiming at production factors is proposed,which enriches the ideas of carbon reduction management in the construction stage and provides experience for carbon reduction management of similar projects.
