The construction industry is considered a high energy consumption and high pollution industry.With the increasingly severe environmental pollution problems,objectively evaluating the level of green construction management and optimizing the green construction management system have become the necessary path for the sustainable development of the construction industry.Therefore,this article takes the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau as an example to explore the evaluation of green construction management level in construction projects,in order to provide a basis for the optimization of the green construction management system of the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau,and provide reference for the evaluation of green construction management level in other construction projects,promoting the implementation of green construction concepts.This dissertation mainly uses research methods such as literature review,case analysis,and empirical analysis to compare the main green building evaluation systems and standards at home and abroad.Based on the actual situation of the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau,and based on the "Green Construction Evaluation Standards for Building Engineering","Green Building Evaluation Standards",as well as the indicators related to green construction in the BREEAM and LEED systems,a green construction management level evaluation system has been constructed.On the basis of integrating the existing evaluation system for green construction management level,this system has added green construction management guarantee,comprehensive management indicators,and standardized indicators for green construction management.The system consists of 16 evaluation sub indicators and 38 evaluation factors from five dimensions;On the basis of comprehensive evaluation methods,the weights of each evaluation index are determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.The evaluation results indicate that the green construction management level of the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau is at an excellent level and has good promotion value.At the same time,the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau also faces problems in green construction management,such as inadequate prevention and control of air pollution and noise pollution,and the standardization level of green construction management content still needs to be improved.Based on the above evaluation results,the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau should strengthen the standardization of green construction,strengthen the prevention and control of air pollution and noise pollution,and optimize the green construction management system.To further verify the effectiveness of green construction management for the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau,this dissertation compares and analyzes the green construction management objectives of the project with the actual situation based on the objectives of the project’s green construction management and the collected data during the green construction management process.The results of comparative analysis indicate that the Weihai FLC project of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau has achieved various goals of green construction management,achieved good results in green construction management,verified the effectiveness of the green construction management level evaluation system constructed in this article,and can provide reference for the green construction management level evaluation of other construction projects.
