Research On Evaluation Of Green Construction Of Expressways In Hainan Province

With the rapid development of expressway construction,we are facing the double pressure of resources shortage and environment loading increase.Under the background of sustainable development strategies to deal with the environment problems,it is the irresistible trend to implement the green highway construction in the expressway field,and the green construction and assessment are important parts to construct the green expressway.However,the green construction assessment of expressways in China starts late.Besides,we have a vast territory and there are different features and requirements in different regions,so it is a problem to be settled urgently that carrying out the green construction assessment of expressway according the requirements of each province and reginal features.In view of this,the paper combines the actual situations of Hainan Province and establishes a comprehensive assessment system of green expressway construction,to provide the reference for the green construction of expressways in Hainan Province.This paper carries out the following researches based on that:(1)The connotation,principles,key points,theoretical basis and the concepts,contents and functions of the green expressway constructions are summarized based on the points of green construction and its assessment.The green construction connotations of expressways of Hainan Province are proposed.(2)Through the literature analysis and expert consultation and in combination of construction principles and methods of the index system,the primary assessment and index system of saving and utilization of resources,environment protection and integrated management of construction are established.It is inspected and optimized by the Cronbach coefficient and validity ratio,establishes the assessment index system of green expressway construction in Hainan Province was established,and the significance of each index is clarified.(3)The analytic hierarchy process is adopted,and the assessment index weight is confirmed by carrying out the questionnaire survey to industry experts.By the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,the assessment model of green construction of expressways in Hainan Province is established,and the assessment is divided in 5 levels,including excellent,good,medium,qualified and unqualified level.(4)Taking the Hainan Wanyang expressway engineering as an example,the scientific,reasonable and feasible verification of the assessment system shall be carried out,and the improvement suggestions for the green construction of expressways in Hainan Province based on it shall be put forward.The research results of this paper play a positive role in improving the assessment system of green construction of expressways in Hainan Province and promoting the construction development.It could also provide the reference for the green construction assessment of expressways in other regions.
