Countermeasures On The Value Of Regional Ecological Products In Nanping’s Ecological Bank Under Multi-center Collaborative Governance

the value realization mechanism of ecological products,which is an important starting point for ecological civilization construction,and a positive practice of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s concept that "green mountains and lucid waters are invaluable assets",which is a necessity of promoting sustainable and coordinated regional development and all-round rural revitalization,and an important path for the local people to achieve common prosperity.Consequently,it is quite meaningful to analyze the typical case of the value realization mechanism of ecological products,studying the practice approach of the value realization of regional ecological products.Under the guidance of the theory of multi-center collaborative governance and circular economy,this study uses the literature collection,experience summary and interview survey methods to analyzes the operational status of "Ecological Bank" in Nanping City,which is a typical example of the value realization mechanism of ecological products,and affirms its practical effect under the mechanism of "government domination and participation of enterprises and other sectors of the society".At the same time,we can also clearly find that there are still some problems in the process of developing and operating ecological products,such as poor circulation of ownership,insufficient financing,inadequate project investment and so on,which are the common problems in the process of realizing the value of regional ecological products.The profound reasons behind are the cognitive differences,the contradiction of interests and the ambiguity of rights and responsibilities,among the public,individual,government,enterprises and other multi-center subjects.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons,this study explores a new way to realize the value of regional ecological products under the multi-center collaborative governance,with fully drawing on the experience of German Green Bank,Yucun’s "Two Mountains Theory" practice experience.these countermeasures are put forward: First attracting the public to participate in the work.Second improving the construction of the ecological function system of the government and policy support.Third strengthening the allocation of ecological trading market system.Fourth building a multi-center value community and the business demonstration subject.Through these measures,in order to further improve the value of regional ecological products,and provide theoretical reference and Nanping sampled,for the development of green economy in the region.
