Research On Xi Jinping’s Thoughts Of Trans-regional Ecological Environment Collaborative Governance

In recent years,with the prominence of the ecological environment,the idea of ecological civilization has gradually become a hot issue in academic research,ecological environment governance has also entered a new stage,and the people have put forward new requirements for the ecological environment.In this era,cross-regional ecological and environmental problems are gradually emerging.The fluidity of the economy and the circularity of the ecosystem have made ecological and environmental problems break through the limits of administrative boundaries,becoming cross-regional ecological and environmental problems,and even global ecological and environmental problems.The cross-regional eco-environmental problems have a wide range of impacts,many fields of influence,profound influences,and a large number of people,which will inevitably cause serious consequences.In response to the cross-regional ecological environment problem,Xi Jinping formed the thought of cross-regional ecological environment collaborative governance based on the ecological ideas of classic Marxist writers,Marxist Chinese writers,and Chinese excellent traditional culture.First of all,the idea comes from Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought.Secondly,this thought is different from Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought.This idea builds a theoretical system with “omnidirectional collaborative governance,all-regional collaborative governance,all-factors collaborative governance,and all-process collaborative governance” as its core,with distinctive Chinese characteristics.Adhering to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on cross-regional ecological environment coordinated governance,the Yangtze River Basin has successfully achieved cross-regional ecological governance.Therefore,this idea has both theoretical value and practical value.
