| Under the background of the era of ecological civilization construction and the system of land and space planning, the protection and restoration of the landscape, forest, farmland, lake and grass system is the main part, and the transformation from ’Single position, single factor and single process ’ to ’ total territory, full factor and multi process ’ restoration has become the core of the land and space ecological restoration planning. However, because the regional units of planning and management in China have been dominated by administrative units for a long time,it is difficult to reflect the scientific nature of the governance requirements and planning compilation of ’ total territory, full factor and multi process ’ in the scope of land space ecological restoration planning. From the perspective of discipline and the application of spatial planning, how to coordinate natural units and administrative units to solve the contradiction between ecological space continuity and regional spatial regionalization is a new topic in the field of territorial spatial planning and landscape ecological planning. This paper defines it as the spatial mismatch problem in the ecological restoration planning of land space. In view of this, this paper is carried out according to the logical thinking of ’ spatial mismatch-spatial matching-spatial location ’.The content of this study mainly includes three parts :(1)Spatial mismatch research. The specific contents include : Through the review and thinking of the current land space ecological restoration planning, based on the existing difficulties and deficiencies, the spatial mismatch problem in the land space ecological restoration planning is proposed(introduction);through multidisciplinary research, the basic connotation and extension of spatial mismatch are clarified by term analysis, and the conceptual framework of spatial mismatch is constructed(Chapter 2).Based on the analysis of the cause mechanism and theoretical construction of spatial mismatch, the analysis framework of spatial mismatch is proposed(Chapter 3).(2)Spatial matching research. The specific contents include : Based on the research hypothesis of ’ perfect ’ matching, starting from the classic planning cases, the essential characteristics and basic principles of the construction of spatial matching system are clarified. On this basis, the analysis path and solution path of spatial mismatch problem are put forward, and the general solution technical route of spatial mismatch problem of county territory spatial ecological restoration planning is put forward. Then, from the three levels of anti-solution,scale reconstruction and cross-domain planning, the spatial matching is critically reflected.(3)Spatial location research.Taking Ansai District of Yan ’an City as an empirical case, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the spatial mismatch problem, and finally reconstructs the spatial ecological restoration pattern of county territory in Ansai District to complete the spatial location. The main conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)It reveals the spatial mismatch problem in the ecological restoration planning of territorial space : the phenomenon of mis location or mismatch of interrelated spatial units is essentially the spatial conflict and adaptation contradiction of different territorial spatial governance units, resulting in inefficient spatial governance;the theoretical analysis framework of spatial mismatch is constructed : structural dislocation is the external representation of spatial dislocation, and functional mismatch is the internal essence of spatial dislocation;(2)The perfect matching system of spatial mismatch problem is constructed : the analysis path of " Spatial mismatch-spatial matching-spatial location " and the solution path of " Crossing borders-integrating-restructuring ";(3)The general technical route of solving spatial mismatch problem is proposed.(4)It proves the authenticity of the spatial dislocation problem in the land space ecological restoration planning, reveals the spatial dislocation mechanism between the natural unit and the administrative unit, responds to the industry ’s doubts, and proves that the problem needs to be solved from the planning domain rather than the administrative domain. |
