Evaluation Of Rural Toilet Reconstruction Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

As the "toilet revolution" continues to advance,a variety of different types of toilet renovation models has been applied,especially the application of some new toilets.In order to meet the expected requirements,there is currently a lack of a feasible technical system for comprehensive evaluation of toilet renovation effects.In the different types of rural toilet transformation based on the study of the integration pattern,suitable for different types of rural toilet renovation of comprehensive evaluation index and evaluation standard were determined.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of comprehensive evaluation model of rural toilet renovation was build.Taking the new vacuum toilet renovation project of Qiuxian Village in Beijing as a case,the thesis makes an empirical analysis in order to provide theoretical and methodological reference for the evaluation of the effect of rural toilet renovation in China.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Statistical analysis of the types and integration modes of rural toilet renovation in China,with the toilet water consumption and terminal treatment mode as the classification basis,divided into water flushing,micro-water flushing,water-free flushing three types of toilets and five integration modes,and the application characteristics of different types of toilet and integration mode and index parameter is analyzed.It lays the foundation for the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the effect of rural toilet reconstruction.(2)Through demonstration and analysis,the comprehensive evaluation index system of rural toilet renovation effect was established,and five first-level evaluation indexes were determined,including quality and safety,cost and expense,system and personnel,ecology and environment,and farmer satisfaction;14 secondary indicators,including toilet quality,failure situation,safety facilities,renovation cost,use cost,maintenance cost,management and protection mechanism,staffing,fecal and sewage treatment effect,environmental threat,resource utilization,toilet room environment,operation performance,toilet comfort.(3)To construct the evaluation model of rural toilet renovation effect based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and determine the weight assignment of each indicator.According to the principles of quantitative analysis,through literature review,field investigation,reference standards and expert evaluation,the scoring standards of 14 secondary indicators in the evaluation model were determined,and the comprehensive evaluation score of rural toilet renovation effect was determined based on the weighted average fuzzy operator model.(4)Combined with expert evaluation and questionnaire survey data collection methods,the model was empirically analyzed by taking the new vacuum toilet renovation project in Qiuxian Village,Beijing as an example.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation score of the new vacuum toilet renovation in Qiuxian Village is 74.65,but it has the characteristics of both overall advantages and partial disadvantages.It has significant advantages in the quality of toilets,the effect of sewage treatment and environmental threat.But in the construction cost,the maintenance cost and so on aspect existence deficiency.
