| Coal resources occupy a prominent position among the 24 kinds of strategic mineral resources.They are the most stable,economical and self-guaranteed energy sources,and are widely used in my country.Coal transportation basically runs through all links of coal development and utilization,and has a great influence on improving utilization efficiency.Therefore,building a reasonable coal logistics network will not only help the development of the coal logistics industry,but also promote the formation of a clean and efficient industrial chain and promote the construction of a sustainable development road.Shanxi Province is rich in coal resources,and the geographical mismatch between coal supply and demand makes coal logistics play an extremely important role.In order to ensure the healthy development of the coal logistics industry,cost control is particularly important.At present,there are few studies on coal transportation in Shanxi and the flow of coal resources in the region.The construction of coal logistics network directly affects the operation efficiency and transportation cost.This paper analyzes the current situation of the coal logistics network in Shanxi Province,and finds that there are problems such as unclear node hierarchy division,unreasonable transportation routes,and high road transportation costs.On the basis of consulting the relevant literature on the comprehensive evaluation of logistics development level in recent years,combined with the research object of this paper,and comprehensively considering the influencing factors of economic development level,logistics development level,and coal output level,the comprehensive evaluation index of coal logistics development level in Shanxi Province was constructed.system;by comparing and analyzing different evaluation methods,this paper uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the coal logistics development level of 11 node cities in Shanxi Province,and analyzes the results to find that the coal logistics development level of Taiyuan City is much higher than that of other cities.Introduce a revised gravity model,and based on the calculated gravity value,use the social network analysis method to divide the node cities into layers,and combine the hub-andspoke theory to determine the axis cities Taiyuan,Changzhi,Linfen,and the spoke cities Jinzhong and Yangquan,Luliang,etc.;and then use the degree of logistics membership to determine the radiation range of the axis cities,forming the Taiyuan coal logistics circle,Changzhi coal logistics circle and Linfen coal logistics circle,and then constructing the main channel and branch channel to build a coal logistics network in Shanxi Province,so as to promote the effective circulation of coal resources in the province. |
