The rapid development of economy,make each industry gets rapid development space,particularly in manufacturing,toward the mechanization and the trend of large-scale development,and the resulting environmental problems also gradually into people’s horizons,become a hot topic,manufacturing product in mass production at the same time also brought serious environmental pollution and a large number of greenhouse gases,Therefore,governments of all countries began to take active measures to reduce carbon emissions and deal with environmental changes,such as strengthening supervision and publicity.At the same time,more and more green consumers began to participate in green actions and use green products,which prompted enterprises to seek green production methods,and the implementation of carbon trading system and remanufacturing gradually became the trend of green production.This paper respectively established by manufacturers,retailers,consumer market of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network and by manufacturers,retailers,consumer market,the third party to manufacturers authorization of remanufacturing of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network,and introduces the unit price of carbon trading,enterprise of green innovation efforts and green consumers three green parameters,The influence of green parameters on the variables in the remanufacturing mode and the factors influencing the selection of the remanufacturing mode are studied comprehensively.The decision makers’ selection of the remanufacturing mode is studied from different angles and the calculation examples are analyzed by combining the variational inequality.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the self-manufacturing mode,the increase of carbon trading price will reduce the output of new products,the sales of two products and the profits of each member of the supply chain;The increase of green innovation efforts will increase the output of new products,sales of two products and profits of supply chain members.Increasing the proportion of green consumers will reduce the production,sales and profits of enterprises.(2)In the authorized remanufacturing mode,the impact of green parameters on product output,sales volume and profits of each member of the supply chain is roughly the same as that of self-remanufacturing,but the variable difference caused by different recovery rates is small.(3)In terms of mode selection,from the perspective of OEM profit,the enterprise’s decision is simultaneously affected by the lowest recovery rate of green parameters: When the recovery rate is low,OEM will choose to remanufacture itself to obtain higher profit,but with the increase of recovery rate,the enterprise’s decision needs to take green parameters into account;From the perspective of carbon emissions,it is the lowest recovery rate rather than the green parameter that has a greater impact on enterprise decision-making: when the recovery rate is low,authorized remanufacturing is selected,and when the recovery rate is high,self-remanufacturing can effectively reduce the impact of enterprise production on the environment.
