With the frequent occurrence of extreme weather and haze, reducing carbon emissions has become one of the hot topics. Some European countries adopt carbon tax mechanism to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. As the largest carbon emitter in the world,China has begun to implement carbon tax policy in some areas. At the same time, with the rapid development of the Internet, online shopping channels are becoming more and more popular with consumers.Based on the fact that the government levies a carbon tax on producers, gives incentives for retailers who recycles products, subsidies for customers who buys goods with low carbon, and consumers tend to buy products with low carbon at the same time, this paper describes the manufacturer level, retailer level and demand market in the supply chain network by means of variational inequality. The profit maximization expression of the layer is used to obtain the equilibrium model of single/dual channel supply chain network under the constraint of carbon tax and product greenness. The network equilibrium condition is obtained by using the improved projection contraction algorithm of variational inequalities.By solving the model and sensitivity analysis, the effects of government subsidy, carbon tax, product minimum greenness, recovery rate and consumer channel preference on the supply chain network equilibrium model are obtained. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Increasing government subsidies under dual channels can create a large profit margin for manufacturers' direct marketing channels, but the negative impact on retailers should be paid attention to;(2)Carbon tax is a feasible mechanism to encourage enterprises to choose low-carbon production technologies to reduce carbon emissions and increase their profits slightly, and the government should take the initiative to raise the minimum green standard. At the same time,we should pay attention to the impact on the profits of enterprises, and make a comprehensive analysis based on consumer channels and recovery rates;(3)manufacturers should accurately grasp consumers' preferences for e-commerce channels when opening direct marketing channels, and carefully consider the impact on the members of the supply chain;(4)as for the recovery rates, the government should not blindly raise the minimum requirements, but also consider resource recovery and utilization and reduction. The consumption of raw materials should also take into account the profits of enterprises and the green degree of manufacturer's products.
