| The social progress and the improvement of people’s living standards put forward the demand for small-batch diversity for rail transit equipment manufacturing products.As the leading enterprise in the domestic rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,DLJC focuses on the current market and future development,It puts forward the development direction of keeping in mind the original aspiration of lean,sticking to the road of improvement,and adding energy and building momentum for the company’s high-quality development with lean.Under the background of DLJC’s new and old factory construction and relocation,this paper takes the locomotive frame production line of the bogie branch of the company as the research object,uses Plant Simulation simulation software,and combines lean production thought.Based on "Bogie frame and its production line--Current situation analysis and Lean data establishment of Bogie frame production line--Modeling and Simulation study of Bogie frame production line based on Plant Simulation--Simulation and optimization of bogie frame production line",simulation and lean optimization of locomotive frame production line are carried out.Bogie is one of the core components of the rail vehicle,which can carry the car body and guarantee the vehicle to walk along the track.The Frame is the main part of the bogie,used to connect the bogie components and withstand the force in all directions,mostly welded structure.This paper mainly introduces the type and characteristics of the locomotive bogie frame of DLJC company,analyzes its production and manufacturing requirements,expounds in detail on the layout of the frame production line,the main equipment,and the characteristics of the frame production line,which lays a foundation for the simulation and optimization of the lean production line of the locomotive bogie frame.Based on the analysis of production line status and production process,the evaluation indexes of locomotive frame production line are established,including production capacity evaluation indexes and lean production line evaluation indexes.By dividing the operation items of the locomotive frame production line reasonably,and using the scientific method to measure the operation time of the divided operation items,the standard working hours of the operation items are measured,which provides data conditions for realizing the simulation and optimization of locomotive frame lean production line.The Plant Simulation software is used to establish a production simulation model of the locomotive frame production line which is consistent with the production process.At the same time,the feasibility analysis of the simulation model is realized by checking the correlation between the simulated output of the simulation model and the actual output,and the validity of the simulation model is verified.By running the 2020 locomotive frame production line simulation model,analyzing the simulation results,lean optimize the stations with a long time in the simulation results in combination with the actual production at the beginning of 2021,simulate the optimized production line again,and obtain the station balance rate,smoothness index,total standard working hours of single piece operation and total standard working hours of stations before and after optimization,so as to determine that the lean optimization of locomotive frame production line is effective and reasonable,It provides a new reference solution for the subsequent relocation and upgrading of DLJC company. |
