| Graffiti art originated in New York in the 1960 s and 1970 s,when young people began to use paint and other materials to create images on the surface of buildings and subway trains.Bright graphic images and stylized letter combinations can be manifestations of graffiti art.This art form has unique emotional expression and artistic characteristics.Illustration originally refers to all kinds of pictures attached to books and plays a supplementary role in explaining the text information in books.Today,the role of illustration is not limited to the supplement and interpretation of books,but is widely used in clothing design,cultural and creative products,commercial advertising,film and television works,and game industry.In order to cater to the current market,it has become a trend to combine graffiti illustration with clothing design.With the progress of the times and the change of people’s consumption concept,people’s demand for brands has gradually shifted from the pure material level to the spiritual level.The trendy brand has been recognized and accepted by more and more people because it caters to the individual needs of young people and the fashionable aesthetic.This study first describes the research background,research significance,research status,research content and methods,and innovation points.Secondly,the concept and development of graffiti art and cultural and creative products are summarized.Then the representative cases of graffiti art works are analyzed from three aspects of form,color and space,so as to sum up the meaning of visual language,expression techniques and emotional expression of graffiti art.Through the investigation of the existing brand "Tide Hat Front" online store,the graffiti style illustration is applied to the product design,and a series of design practices are carried out for the brand clothing.It provides reference and basis for the diversified expression of clothing design in the future,and for satisfying consumers’ aesthetic taste and consumption experience.Make full use of the visual language and expression techniques of graffiti art in the fashion clothing design,strive to optimize the brand culture transmission by combining the visual language of graffiti art with cultural and creative products,display the brand’s unique cultural connotation,and enhance the brand’s economic effect,so as to provide more ideas for the diversified expression of fashion clothing design in the future and meet the aesthetic and emotional experience of consumers. |
