| The manufacturing industry is an important embodiment of a country’s comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.The logistics industry has adapted to the changes in the times economic markets,becoming a new engine and accelerator for national economic development.The coupling effect,spillover effect and scale effect generated by the coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics industries are conducive to the integration of multiple industries and promote high-quality economic development.However,the rapid development of manufacturing and logistics industries has been accompanied by high energy consumption and high emissions,which seriously hinder the quality of economic and social development.Therefore,under the guidance of new development concepts,promoting the green coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics industries has become an inevitable requirement.This study takes the manufacturing and logistics industries in Guangxi as the research object,revolves around the question of "How industrial green total factor productivity affects industrial green collaborative development",and carries out research according to the logic of "industrial green total factor productivity-industrial green collaborative development-driving factors of industrial green collaborative development-countermeasures and suggestions".First,the index system of green total factor productivity and green collaborative development level of manufacturing and logistics industry was established from the perspective of input-output by reviewing relevant literature.The green total factor productivity of manufacturing and logistics industry in the remaining 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)excluding Xizang was calculated by constructing SBM-DDF-GML model containing unexpected output.Then,the green total factor productivity,green technology efficiency and green technology progress of the two industries in Guangxi are compared with the average level of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities),so as to grasp the green development status of the manufacturing and logistics industries in Guangxi more comprehensively.Second,the coupled coordination evaluation model is constructed to estimate the green collaborative development level of manufacturing and logistics industries in Guangxi from 2007 to 2020,and the green comprehensive development level of manufacturing and logistics industries as well as the spatio temporal evolution characteristics of the green collaborative development of the two industries are analyzed respectively.Thirdly,the weighted improved gray correlation analysis is used to estimate the relationship between the green total factor productivity of the two industries and the level of green collaborative development of the two industries,and the correlation degree between the green total factor productivity of the two industries and the internal index system of their subsystems is calculated,so as to find the internal factors affecting the green collaborative development of the two industries.The results show that:(1)From 2007 to 2020,GTFP of Guangxi’s manufacturing industry decreases year by year and is less than 1,while GTFP of logistics industry presents an upward trend and is gradually greater than 1,indicating that there is a discordant relationship among input factors,output factors and environmental factors of Guangxi’s manufacturing industry,while there is a coordination relationship among the three factors of logistics industry.(2)The green coordinated development level of manufacturing and logistics industry in Guangxi fluctuates around 0.3,which is in a moderate imbalance stage.The comprehensive development index of manufacturing industry shows a downward trend,while the comprehensive development index of logistics industry shows an upward trend,indicating that the ideal state of green coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Guangxi has not been reached.And the main reason for their uncoordinated development is the decline of the green development level of manufacturing industry.(3)The level of green coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics in Guangxi is mainly affected by human capital,energy consumption and carbon emission,followed by output level and capital stock.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the green total factor productivity of Guangxi manufacturing and logistics industries and the level of green collaborative development of the two industries. |
