Guided by the theory of industrial agglomeration,the theory of green total factor productivity and the theory of system coupling,the paper analyzes the coupling mechanism of industrial agglomeration and green total factor productivity in urban agglomerations,uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,the method of combining theoretical and empirical research analysis,according to the formula of industrial agglomeration level and the SBM model containing unexpected output,Measure the industrial agglomeration level and green total factor productivity of urban agglomerations,and on this basis,further build the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model of the two.Take Chinese urban agglomerations as the research scope,evaluate and analyze the development level of their industrial agglomeration and green total factor productivity,and calculate the coupling degree and coupling coordination of industrial agglomeration and green total factor productivity of Chinese urban agglomerations based on the coupling model,From the perspective of time sequence and space,this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution pattern of the degree of coupling and coordination of industrial agglomeration and green total factor productivity in China’s urban agglomerations.Finally,according to the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of industrial agglomeration and green total factor productivity in China’s urban agglomerations,the evaluation of the development level of coupling and coordination,and the analysis of the spatio-temporal evolution process,it puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions,namely,improving ecological protection,Promote the industrial agglomeration of urban agglomeration;Strengthen the rationalization of regional structure and promote the promotion of green technology;We will develop high-tech industries and optimize the local business environment.Promote industrial agglomeration and green total factor productivity of urban agglomeration as a whole and internal cities according to local conditions,and provide theoretical basis for governments at all levels in urban agglomeration in China to formulate relevant policies and regulations on the coordinated development of urban agglomeration and green total factor productivity.
