| The No.1 Document of the Central Government in 2023 points out that it will adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, solidly promote rural development, rural governance, promote green agricultural development, and broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income and get rich, among other key tasks. This fully illustrates the Party and State’s concern for rural areas and the high importance they attach to rural development. As a key link in the rural revitalization strategy, rural ecological governance has become an important vehicle and grip for current rural construction and development, and is related to the construction of a beautiful and livable countryside. The rural ecological environment faces a series of problems such as waste of natural resources, pollution from agricultural production, rural household waste and serious industrial pollution from township enterprises. The ecological environment of rural areas has seriously affected the physical and mental health of farmers, and has become an important factor limiting the economic development of rural areas,so how to manage the ecological environment of rural areas and help farmers to increase their income has become a matter of urgency. The study was based on 276 questionnaires from six towns in Tumertzuo Banner, and the impact of ecological environmental protection on farmers’ income in Tumertzuo Banner was taken as the starting point.A research model based on government governance, responsibility awareness, technological innovation, conservation attitude and farmers’ income was constructed.Using agricultural farmers in six towns in Tumertzuo Banner as the research object, the structural equation model was used to analyse the factors affecting farmers’ income in ecological environmental protection in Tumertzuo Banner.By collating and analysing the questionnaires, using SPSS and AMOS 23.0 to analyse the descriptive statistics, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data, and the validation factors, the structural equation model was constructed and the mediation analysis between variables was done, and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Tumertzuo Banner has a good foundation for agricultural development, but the region has difficulties due to a series of problems such as long-term ecological damage, insufficient technical support capacity, insufficient funds and weak capacity of environmental protection mechanisms.Local farmers both bear a significant responsibility in the pollution and ecological destruction of the rural ecosystem and are affected by its pollution, leading to bottlenecks in development.(2)The model verified that government governance, awareness of responsibility, technological innovation and conservation attitudes have a significant impact on farmers’ income, with coefficients of 0.184,0.198,0.299 and 0.324 respectively, which have a positive effect on farmers’ income. The impact of conservation attitude was the most significant, followed by science and technology innovation, responsibility awareness, and government governance.Government governance has a positive influence on technological innovation and conservation attitude, with coefficients of 0.349 and 0.508 respectively, while responsibility awareness also has a positive influence on technological innovation and conservation attitude, with coefficients of 0.459 and 0.347 respectively.(3)Based on the analysis of the influence of ecological environmental protection on farmers’ income in Tumertzuo Banner, this thesis proposes six optimisation measures to play the role of the government to create conditions for farmers’ governance;improve relevant policies to promote farmers’ green production;develop rural environmental education to improve farmers’ conservation attitudes;improve farmers’ income to stimulate farmers’ ecological demand;establish sound autonomous organisations to strengthen farmers’ awareness of responsibility;and promote scientific and technological innovation to help farmers Six optimisation measures to achieve increased incomes. |
