| In recent years,China’s economy has undergone development gradually,leading to an adjustment and upgrade of the industrial structure.In 2019,the government issued the “National Implementation Plan for Vocational Education Reform”,which introduced the "1+X Certificate System" to enhance the cultivation of skilled talents and meet the diverse demand from them.However,most studies on the system focus on policy interpretation and problems,but there has been relatively little exploration of its application to curriculum reform.This paper takes the "1+X Certificate System" as the research background and aims to apply the "action-oriented teaching method" to the CNC turning course in secondary vocational schools.The study is based on theories related to pedagogy and targets teachers and students in secondary vocational schools,combined with the needs of related positions in the employing enterprises,under the background of “1+X certificate system” and applies to CNC turning and machining courses.Firstly,the CNC turning course of secondary vocational school is designed comprehensively,the targeted course teaching objectives are determined,the detailed teaching content is rebuilt,the action-oriented teaching is combined with the online teaching design teaching process,the teaching evaluation is rebuilt with the aim of comprehensively cultivating students’ vocational ability,and a new and complete teaching design is carried out for the teaching of the course.To construct the teaching mode which matches the 1+X certificate system and is suitable for the course of NC turning.Secondly,in the practical teaching content,the project of complex parts processing programming is selected for teaching implementation,and the "action-oriented teaching method" is integrated into the case design.In theoretical knowledge content,"tiered teaching" and "online teaching" are integrated.This paper also carries out the “1+X” CNC turning and milling certificate test case design in theoretical knowledge content and conducts specific teaching implementation.Finally,the paper conducts a teaching effect analysis of two case implementations,draws conclusions based on the final interview results and student learning effects,and combines them with the specific implementation status.The results show that the teaching content reflected the requirements of book and certificate integration,the teaching effect reached expectations,and the overall enthusiasm and comprehensive ability quality of students improved.However,innovation and logical thinking ability still need to be strengthened.The overall level of teachers has progressed,and they were able to combine the realistic needs of students,establish different teaching situations,and select suitable teaching forms,but they still lacked experience and needed subsequent teaching activities.In the process of practical teaching,online teaching is introduced to combine theory and practical teaching,but there is still room for improvement and adjustment in the articulation between them.The results will effectively promote the integration of text books and certificates in secondary vocational schools,improve the certificate test passing rate,and enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students.Although this study still has some shortcomings,it can provide some advices and references for the teaching research of CNC turning and machining courses in secondary vocational schools in the future. |
