Achieving high-quality economic development is the ultimate goal and inevitable choice of my country’s innovation-driven development strategy.Industry is the pillar industry of my country’s economic development,which can directly affect the scale and process of my country’s economic transformation.It accounts for about 70% of the country’s total energy consumption,so it is imperative to promote the high-quality development of industrial enterprises.The means of industrial energy saving mainly include structural energy saving,technical energy saving and management energy saving.As the basic sector of the industrial system,chemical enterprises are an important foundation for industrial development,and at the same time provide guarantees for my country’s economic construction and national defense development.However,as a traditional industrial production enterprise,the long-term extensive development model of chemical enterprises has seriously hindered the healthy development of enterprises,resulting in waste of energy and production capacity.In this context,it is an important part of coping with the current problems to comprehensively examine the change law of its production efficiency and clarify the key elements of efficiency improvement.Total factor productivity is a common indicator to measure the comprehensive efficiency of various production factors of an enterprise,which not only reflects the technical level of the enterprise,but also reflects the level of production efficiency.This paper takes the DY enterprise as the research object,calculates the total factor productivity of the enterprise based on the three-stage DEA model,and analyzes the characteristics of each stage in detail.On this basis,the system dynamics model of total factor productivity of DY enterprise is constructed,and scenario simulation and optimization path analysis are carried out from five aspects of manpower,equipment,raw materials,finance and management.The results show that:(1)The overall efficiency of DY enterprises in the first stage showed a trend of "first fall and then rise",which was greatly reduced due to the impact of the epidemic in 2020;the fluctuation range of pure technical efficiency was low,and the overall level was at a high level;The overall scale efficiency shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.(2)The overall efficiency and technical efficiency after adjustment are higher than the efficiency value before adjustment,while the overall efficiency of scale is lower than the efficiency value before adjustment.(3)Employee growth time,turnover rate,working time per unit of equipment,loss rate,recovery rate,capacity utilization rate,number of customers,etc.all contribute to the improvement of total factor productivity.Among them,the promotion effect of equipment growth rate and R&D investment rate exists hysteresis.In view of the above research conclusions,the optimization path of total factor productivity of DY enterprises is proposed,which mainly includes the following points: shortening the growth time of employees and reducing the turnover rate;improving the utilization efficiency of equipment and optimizing the structure of equipment;reducing the loss of raw materials and improving its secondary utilization rate;adding Great investment in scientific research,take the road of innovation and development;improve production capacity efficiency,expand the market,etc. |
