As a "living textbook" for geological sites, environmental education in mine parks has important research value and practical significance. However, few studies have been conducted on environmental education in mine parks, and the few studies that have been conducted focus on the forms and results of environmental education in mine parks in the later stages, but little attention has been paid to the development potential of environmental education in the early stages. The evaluation of environmental education development potential, through screening and selection, can effectively influence the selection of environmental education sites and the mine of characteristic resources, and is an important basis for environmental education research.Based on this, this study takes the mine park as the research object and constructs an evaluation model for the environmental education development potential of the mine park with the help of the combined assignment-TOPSIS method, and applies it to Shoushan National Mine Park in Fujian Province, the specific arrangements of the study are as follows:First of all, relevant theories and practical cases are summarized. This study compares the concepts and ideas related to the development potential of environmental education in mine parks,as well as summarizes the main advantages of environmental education in mine parks by drawing on relevant practical cases at home and abroad.Secondly, the combined empowerment-TOPSIS method is used to construct an evaluation model for the environmental education development potential of the mine park.Based on literature collection and in-depth interviews with experts, gray statistical analysis was used to screen indicators of environmental education development potential of mine parks. Then, the G1 method is introduced to determine the subjective weights of indicators, the entropy weight method determines the objective weights of indicators, and the subjective and objective weights are optimized through the combination of game theory. After constructing a weighted judgment matrix, the final mine park environmental education development potential was evaluated based on the TOPSIS method. The evaluation model contains four criterion layers(mine park development conditions B1,environmental education resource characteristics B2,environmental education resource value B3 and environmental education demand degree B4),and 27 indicator layers.Third, the evaluation model is applied to the evaluation of the environmental education development potential of Fujian Shoushan National Mine Park.Introducing the evaluation model, this study was conducted by issuing on-site questionnaires for Fujian Shoushan National Mine Park(including Shoushan Park and Rixi Park),while analyzing and and visualizing the evaluation results with the help of Arc GIS to know that : On the one hand, the development conditions of Shoushan Park show a pattern of high in the west and low in the east, while the resource potential shows a high-value scattered concentration and a balanced diffusion pattern in the periphery. In comparison, the development conditions of Rixi Park show a high north-south low pattern, and the resource potential shows a northwest regional clustering pattern. At the same time, the degree of environmental education demand in Rixi Park is slightly higher than that in Shoushan Park.On the other hand, the overall evaluation combined with the results of the criterion layer shows that the overall development potential of Shoushan Park is higher than that of Rixi Park. The evaluation is consistent with the reality and confirms the feasibility of the evaluation model. Finally, the environmental education design of Fujian Shoushan National Mine Park based on the development potential is carried out.In this study, the Shoushan Park with higher potential is selected for design practice, and the resource-related indicators in the evaluation system are applied to evaluate the park resources in a hierarchical manner, from which the planning zoning is determined. Then the zoning design is completed,in which the core integrated environmental education area is designed in detail as "3 special theme areas + 26 landscape nodes + 2environmental education routes".Finally, combined with the evaluation results of environmental education development potential, this study also designed five types of environmental education facilities and planned nine environmental education activities. In conclusion, this study uses the combined assignment-TOPSIS method to construct an evaluation model of environmental education development potential for mine parks from an innovative perspective of environmental education development potential. Then, this study conducts an empirical evaluation and design practice, hoping to provide a theoretical and practical reference basis for environmental education in mine parks.
