| The environmental problems caused by the livestock and poultry industry have become more and more prominent.Controlling aquaculture pollution has become one of the important tasks of China’s current environmental protection work,and it is also one of the main contents of rural environmental governance.This paper aims at a series of problems and shortcomings in the current environmental statistics of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding in China.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the first national pollution source survey,existing environmental statistics development and related research results,this paper builds a livestock and poultry breeding system.The statistical method of large-scale livestock and poultry pollution production based on the unit of livestock and poultry pollution coefficient method based on the amount of deposits and discharges,combined with the actual efforts of the state to vigorously promote the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources,summarizing the utilization of manure resources And statistical methods for large-scale discharge of pollutants from livestock and poultry farming in different ways.By selecting the typical large-scale livestock and poultry farms to carry out the actual measurement of the amount and emission of aquaculture pollutants,the concentration of main livestock and poultry manure,urine production and main pollution indicators,and the scaled livestock and poultry production have been determined.The sewage discharge accounting system has formed a large-scale livestock and poultry breeding yield coefficient that meets the needs of environmental statistics: pig manure and urine production coefficient are 223kg/head·year,455L/head·year,COD production coefficient in feces and urine.They were 135 g / kg and 14.01 g / L respectively.The TN production coefficients were 7.49 g / kg and 4.43 g / L,respectively.The TP production coefficients were 2.31 g / kg and 0.12 g / L,respectively.The NH3-N production coefficient was 1.43 g./kg,3.27 g / L;cow feces and urine production coefficient were 9384kg/head·year,4464L/head·year,COD production coefficient in feces and urine were 212.15 g /kg,29.32 g / L,TN The production coefficients were 9.55 g / kg and 3.39 g / L,respectively.The TP production coefficients were 1.63 g / kg and 0.29 g / L,respectively.The NH3-N production coefficients were 0.03 g / kg and 0.59 g /L respectively.The liquid production coefficient is 7181kg/head·year,5003L/head·year,COD production coefficient in feces and urine.The ratios of TN were 8.32 g / kg and 2.12 g /L,respectively.The TP production coefficients were 1.14 g / kg and 0.11 g / L,respectively.The NH3-N production coefficient was 0.02.g / kg,0.48 g / L;the production coefficient of laying hens is 47 kg / feather·year,the coefficient of COD in feces is 164.13 g / kg,the coefficient of production of TN is 9.49 g / kg,the coefficient of TP is 2.25 g / kg,The NH3-N production coefficient is 1.87 g / kg;the broiler fecal production coefficient is 6kg /feather·year,the COD production coefficient in the feces is 248.25 g / kg,the TN production coefficient is 9.82 g / kg,and the TP production coefficient is 2.86 g / kg.The NH3-N production coefficient was 2.78 g / kg.The research results provide a reference for the national statistical work on large-scale livestock and poultry breeding. |
