| In March,at the ninth meeting of the central financial and economic 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed a “Peak carbon” target and a “Carbon neutrality” vision,this has become our country“The 14 th five-year plan” the development period and the future long-term low-carbon transformation development strategic direction.At present,nearly half of China’s total carbon emissions come from the energy and power sector.To meet the“Double carbon” target,it is necessary to adjust existing development strategies and innovate production technologies,increasing the proportion of new energy applications.At the same time,the traditional mode of production of the secondary sector of the economy industry is facing challenges and needs to be transformed and upgraded under the guidance of the “Dual carbon” target.The publication of the guidelines on the implementation of the new development concept marks the planned formulation of“Dual-carbon” targets and the completion of the overall plan.The“Action Plan for peak carbon by 2030” further sets out a concrete plan of action for major strategic decisions on“Dual carbon”: traditional energy-use models rely too heavily on fossil fuels such as coal,this is not conducive to the“Double carbon” target,so we need to ensure economic development on the basis of the gradual use of new clean energy to replace fossil fuels,to promote the replacement of industrial production.In the process of upgrading the energy use pattern,the energy power industry will inevitably face a series of risks.Power companies will play an important role in helping the country achieve its“Double carbon” target by vigorously developing new energy and clean coal power.Based on the background of "Dual-carbon" national strategy and industry,this study selects a company,which is a typical representative in the traditional energy power industry,as the research object,this paper analyzes the strategic layout of the company in order to realize the goal of "Double carbon",and designs the development strategy of the company under the background of "Double carbon".To conduct a site visit to a company to study the company’s existing production strategy and understand its innovative preparation in response to the "Dual-carbon" strategy,to explore the internal and external environmental impact of Company A’s transformation and upgrading,and to update the corresponding strategic plans and future development plans,so as to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction under the premise of ensuring high efficiency and low cost,become a model for industry upgrading.The key points of the strategy are: to build an innovative platform for carbon reduction,to develop new energy business,to develop clean coal power with high quality,to strengthen carbon asset management and capital operation;At the same time,three conclusions are drawn: the traditional power enterprises must adjust their development strategy,the integrated energy business is the direction of power enterprises transformation,and the external environment is the important support for high-quality development of power generation enterprises.The conclusion is implementable,which is helpful for a company to realize low-carbon strategy,and provides theoretical reference for similar power generation enterprises. |
