At present,rich coal,poor oil and little gas are the main characteristics of China’s natural reserves of energy resources.China mainly relies on the coal chemical industry in ensuring domestic energy demand.Under the situation of China’s overall and orderly promotion of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization and acceleration of green economic transformation,China’s coal chemical industry is facing structural adjustment and industrial transformation and upgrading,while traditional energy enterprises mainly engaged in coal chemical industry have rigid demand in the modem energy market and still maintain the development advantages of high level and complete existing coal chemical industry chain,but at the same time,they are also facing increased legal restrictions on ecological protection policies New energy intensifies industry competition and increases the production cost of coal chemical industry.Ningxia Ningdong energy and chemical industry base is one of the earliest energy bases to carry out coal chemical industry in China,which provides an important guarantee for energy supply in the central and western regions.BF energy company is the key enterprise of the base,so the implementation of strategic transformation is inevitable and of great significance.Based on this background,this paper takes BF energy company as the research object,starts with the current situation of coal chemical industry,deeply analyzes and studies the macro environment and industrial environment faced by BF energy company,and analyzes the main impact of different factors on BF energy company’s promotion of strategic transformation and future market competitiveness.Using PESTEL and Porter’s five forces model,this paper analyzes the internal disadvantages and external threats faced by BF energy company under the background of "carbon neutrality and emission peak",and points out the internal advantages and external opportunities of BF energy company’s strategic transformation.On this basis,this paper studies and puts forward the target direction,key contents,principle ideas and practical measures of BF energy company to promote strategic transformation.At the same time,it is proposed that if BF energy company wants to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic transformation,it must also strengthen the guarantee of ideology,organization,culture and R&D.This paper selects BF energy company as a research case to analyze the strategic transformation of traditional energy enterprises.On the one hand,it can help BF energy company accurately grasp the risks and challenges faced under the "carbon neutrality and emission peak" background and provide a feasible path reference for its strategic transformation;On the other hand,the case study of BF energy company can also provide reference for the strategic transformation of other domestic traditional energy enterprises. |
