In the 21 st century,ecological environmental security issues have attracted the attention of the world.Since the founding of our country to the ecological environmental security protection has roughly experienced three stages,from the start recognized environment concession economic development,then to the ecological environment priority step development,the environmental protection department adjusted and reform of the environment many times,especially into the new era,the national attention on the ecological environmental security is more prominent,The development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" has been gradually implemented everywhere.However,the social development and ecological environment security governance in various regions are still unbalanced and inadequate.Therefore,taking six provinces and one city in East China as an example,the ecological environmental security level of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Fujian,Jiangxi and Shandong from 2010 to2020 is studied in order to find out the difficult problems in ecological environment security governance.In order to establish a more scientific and systematic ecological environmental security assessment model,on the basis of reading a large number of literature,two ecological environmental security assessment methods at home and abroad are compared and analyzed,namely: According to the internal logic of the Pressure-State-Response(PSR)model and the Wu Li-Shi Li-Ren Li theory(WSR)methodology,two models of ecological environmental security evaluation were generated,and the detailed PressureState-Shi Li-Ren Li theory(PSSR)model was selected.This model answers the consciousness of why,what state,how method and how best to do ecological environmental security.It conforms to the thought of closed loop management of ecological environmental security governance and is more suitable to the practical situation of ecological environmental governance in our country.Then,27 factors affecting ecological environmental security indexes were selected,entropy weight method was used to determine the weight of each index,and TOPSIS grey correlation method was used to calculate the level of ecological environmental security.After that,the regional eco-environmental security level was compared and analyzed by time dimension and space dimension,and the main factors affecting eco-environmental security were analyzed by obstacle degree factor.The results showed that: in terms of time dimension,the overall level of ecoenvironmental security in East China showed a fluctuating upward trend from 2010 to2020,and the level of eco-environmental security increased significantly in 2013 and2018.On the sub-system layer,the pressure layer develops to the bad,while the state layer,the Shi Li layer and the Ren Li layer develop to the good.In terms of spatial dimension,the eco-environmental security level in East China is higher than that in the central part from the north to the north,and the difference between the eco-environmental security level of six provinces and one city is obvious.The ecological environment security level of Shandong Province has been at the leading level in the same period,while the ecological environment security level of Shanghai is at the backward level in the same period.In terms of the obstacle degree factor,the obstacle degree of pressure layer presents an upward trend,the obstacle degree of state layer presents a downward trend in the fluctuation,and the obstacle degree of Shi Li layer and Ren Li layer presents a reverse trend relationship,both of which fluctuate constantly up and down.At the index level,the number of local environmental protection standards,the number of local environmental laws and regulations and the newly increased waterlogging area are the biggest obstacle factor of ecological environment security management.Finally,according to the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of ecological and environmental security policy formulation,government supervision,environmental protection standards formulation,water and soil management,environmental protection capital investment,etc.,so as to promote the early construction of "Beautiful China" demonstration zone in East China.Figure [22] Table [18] Reference [82]...
